Gino's Pizza & Wing Machine

I placed an order for 4 pizzas at 12.10pm for pick up at 1.45pm. It was for my kids group lunch at 2 pm across the street at the rec centre. When I walked in at 1.40pm, the person working there only started making the pizza. Just asked what I ordered and went on continuing to making it. No information that it would be delayed. 25mins in, 2 pizzas were ready and I took it with me as the kids were hungry. Staff offered to deliver the other in 2 in 15mins but actually got delivered in 30mins. His reason for the delay was that the store printer printed the order late and only received it just before I walked in. I call BS. Sub par pizza. Lousy service. Won’t be coming back. Don’t recommend this place to anyone especially when ordering online.

They threw my drink out and there was maggots in my pizza i also watched the man pick his wedgie then touch my pizza horrible experience never coming back

I had a terrible experience at Gino’s Pizza. The staff were extremely rude and had no respect for customers. I had stepped away for a moment, and when I came back, they had thrown away my food without even asking or apologizing. When I tried to explain the situation, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Definitely would not recommend — there are plenty of better pizza places that actually care about their customers.

Came to pizza store on my way. Pizza is crispy and soft at the same time. My request of lightly done pizza was carefully considered. Staff was quick at service and very friendly. Of course it’s now my first eating place to go whenever I visit Whitby in future.

We were excited to try Gino's pizza and wings after a long day, however we were disappointed. I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza by phone. When my husband and I entered, we almost walked back out. The inside was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. This was around 7:30 at night and it wasn't busy in the store. The pizza itself was just OK. Not bad, but not good either. We won't be going back again.

We dined in at the location for lunch as a family and the food was made well and quick.
The only negative was that they did not have any plates for us so it made it difficult to eat as we had 4 kids dining in.

Great service and the food was great. Recommended 100%.

Great place for a quick pizza or canzone. Staff always friendly and want to get your order correct. They have called us when out of a topping to check what we want instead.

We tried this store for the first time. We usually go to other locations. So far we had very good experience and staff was really friendly.
She was able to help us with our order the way we wanted. We are sure to return to this store.

Delicious pizza and Great service by Nidhi, she provided food even after their closing time which is really appreciating.
