Update: We hadn't been to Greek Tycoon in some time, but had an opportunity to return this evening.
As always, the Roast of Lamb w/lemon potatoes and rice is delectable. The Chicken Souvlaki, served with Rice, Lemon potatoes, and Greek Salad were amazing!
Started off with Saganaki, then Greek Salad, and finished with the Bakava, making it all entirely enjoyable. The Greek Tycoon remains the best Greek in the Region. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere made a great dinner out for Carol & I. The Greek Tycoon rocks!

The roast lamb at Greek Tycoon Restaurant in Whitby is as good as it gets! Served with roasted potatoes, rice, and Greek Salad.
It is certainly ample, but so good that you keep eating until the plate is empty!
The Saganaki starter tempts the taste buds with salty cheese doused in flaming brandy and extinguished with squeezed fresh lemon. A must have starter!
The friendly staff and fast pace/vibrant atmosphere makes this place an excellent spot for a business lunch/dinner or stepping out with friends.
No wonder this is the top rated restaurant in local food guides!

Excellent food, freshly prepared, large portions. We had orders ranging from steak to souvlaki to gyros, all delicious. Our server Jocelyn was fantastic, attentive and got all orders right on, as well as being quick.

Greek Tycoon Restaurant in Whitby is hands down one of the best Greek spots I’ve ever been to! The food was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious – every bite tasted like a trip to Greece. Portions were generous, and everything from the souvlaki to the appetizers was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole dining experience feel special. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.
