Got a barbacoa burrito, it was lukewarm, and the guac I paid extra for was very cold and all crammed to one end of the burrito. Waste of 20 dollars.

I went to Guac hoping to have a good experience. My favorite burrito place recently closed in Whitby and I was looking for a replacement. This was not it; the options for toppings were limited and bland with no flavor. They charge you so much to add guacamole to your order, and they are extremely stingy with what they put on your burrito. The experience itself was very poor, and I was disappointed with what I was served. I also found the food to be bland and dry and they rely on the sauces to give flavour to the burrito. They need to update the menu, toppings, and protein to give flavour. One of the worst tasting burritos I have tasted. I will never go back there again.

So as a foodie, I always try new places. I had never been to Guac even though I work in the area.I was the only customer in the store.Ordered 3 soft tacos, 1 Chicken, 1 steak, 1 Barbacoa. What I got, 1 rice, 1 black bean, 1 chicken with pinto bean.Yes the order missed the meat in 2 of the 3 tacos. Wasnt pleased since i only had 20 min left to eat before returning to work.Simple order 1 of each, was asked if I wanted rice, beans or pinto beans and responded sure I'll take a little bit of 1 in each one, then added lettuce tomato jalapeno cheese and hot sauce, and on one got hot salsa.Taste was good but the fact the order was wrong was a big disappointment.Hot sauce has a zing to it. And not tobasco zing closer to a scotch bonnet/habanero cross which was nice.Price was 17.34 for 3 soft tacos and a drink. Not sure if I will go back since first impression wasnt good.

Catered a taco bar for 50 people - Mo and his team made it super easy to order and serve these delicious tacos. We got fish, steak and chicken tacos with mild and medium sauces, a super yummy mango salsa and very fresh toppings. We also got guac and chips and salsa and chips party platters. They provided sour cream and Cajun sauce in squeeze bottles, making it even easier to serve. Everyone loved the taco bar and we had plenty of nachos and toppings left over, so we made loaded nachos later in the evening - which everyone absolutely loved! Thank you Guac Mexi Grill - we will definitely be back!

Update : I went back and this time I had a burrito bowl it was loaded with toppings and tasted so fresh and crisp. I opted to have both styles of beans and a couple different sauces. It was the perfect portion and I actually took some home with me !

Is this a joke? Food has absolutely no flavour. The place is quite dirty for a new spot..these franchises are seriously a gimmick. Had a small chicken burrito and my wife a chicken quesedillia with a drink it came out to $33??? . Don't waste your time here.

My friend and I went for the first time yesterday. We had enchiladas, and we both thought they were delicious. Nia was a great server. We will be regulars there for sure. The place was clean and tidy.

Love Guac! Great new location. (Our whole family, kids included, finds Guac the best of the chain Mexican restaurants)

I had a ground beef enchilada for lunch today . I loved it!! They turn any burrito into a enchilada if you like . Very fresh toppings , friendly staff and a nice bright atmosphere. They even have punch card which I picked upFor any 10 burritos you get a free one .I will definitely come back . I ordered the small enchilada and it was filling for me .

American on a road trip through Canada. This place is like a Chipotle or Moe's in the US. I actually think it is better than those places. Everything was fresh and tasty.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: Plenty of close parking spots.
