Stopped into the Harvey’s on Consumers Drive around 8:30pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was a noticeable language barrier with the staff, which made it difficult to communicate my order properly.
What concerned me more was watching the employee prepare and handle my hamburger without wearing gloves. Food safety should always be a priority.
To make matters worse, the burger was undercooked. After two bites, I threw it out. Overall, very poor experience and not what I expect when paying for a meal. I won’t be returning.

After coming here for a while now, I never expected to wanna leave in an instant. As soon as I walked into the store I instantly got the chills and was shivering as I was ordering my food. I always eat in and take my time to eat but I was rushing as I never felt so cold while eating. I even noticed the staff wearing scarfs and hats while working. Please whoever runs this store please fix the heater as not only the customers are suffering but also ur workers.

Buffalo chicken poutine very cold and not fresh, they didn’t give me a fork in the drive thru. Need to have more accountability and attention to detail. Gross

Service at this location was awfully slow. I watched my order sit on the counter while the next 4 or 5 customers had their orders filled and they moved on. Meantime I stood and waited as I watched this happen. Not a good service for a “ fast food” restaurant.
