Service at this location was awfully slow. I watched my order sit on the counter while the next 4 or 5 customers had their orders filled and they moved on. Meantime I stood and waited as I watched this happen. Not a good service for a “ fast food” restaurant.

Toilet clean but seats were disgustingly BLACK !!!!!! Did not stay !!!! It grossed me right out. Shares bathroom with Swiss chalet. Someone should be responsible for them !!! I'll never ever return !!!!

Quick friendly service. I got the BH Angus combo with a poutine and root beer through the drive through with one person in front and behind me. Only had to wait a few minutes and I was on my way. The burger was very filling and the poutine was ok, no complaints here. I should have ordered the fried jalapeño burger instead so ill give it a try next time. Give it a try if you're looking for a quick and filling bite to eat. I paid 21.46 for everything

This is my second bad experience at this Harvey’s location, and both times it was because of the same rude staff member. She talks very disrespectfully to both customers and other staff. She also has no proper knowledge about Scene points. The mistake was clearly from their side, yet she started shouting at me for no reason.
Because of her attitude, I had to cancel my order for the second time. I’ve been eating from Harvey’s for several years at different locations, and I’ve always liked the food and service — but this store is the worst I’ve ever visited.
The management seriously needs to take action and remove her from the team before more customers stop visiting. I’ll definitely inform all my friends and family not to go to this Whitby Harvey’s again.
