Got a cheeseburger and chocolate shake for lunch. The burger itself was just ok. Nothing memorable, except it was a bit fatty. Not as tasty or lean as they used to be. The shake was poor. Zero chocolate taste. Very whipped, so you get a lot of air as part of the shake. Vague taste of flour. I need to make better choices.

I've eaten at this Harveys before, no issue, but my girlfriend and I recently got food poisoning from here. We had severe diarrhea and abdominal pain for 2 days. I'm not sure what's going on, what safety practices are like there, if management has changed, I don't trust it anymore.

The overall service was excellent. The entire staff was helpful and ver professional from the moment i walked in. Anurag PREPARED MY MEAL WITH THE UTMOST CLASS. Bricton at the cash gave great suggestions. And the gentleman and lady in the kitchen, Bronson and Kowsy, did an awesome job as well. I'm also quite surprised at how clean the restaurant was well done staff and team.I can't wait to come back for my next visit.

I took my niece to Harvey’s over the weekend. She ordered the crispy chicken burger but the sauce she asked for was spicy. She couldn’t eat the burger so I went back to the counter to order another one and when I told Uvi that it was too spicy, she offered to make me another. I offered to pay for it but she didn’t charge me and said it was a genuine mistake as she could see this little girl suffering. Uvi was kind and understanding and her customer service was exemplary. I’d definitely go back.
This place is very dirty. The door handles, table tops and floors grossed me out. The side of the milkshake machine was grimy. Left with my shoes sticking to the floor

Totally screwed up my order today Chq 8934 Way to much mayo, not enough lettuce, opposite of what i asked for Frings were suppose to be well done, but some of the fries werent even fully cooked Almost 20 bucks for the crappiest meal i have ever had from Harveys Always been my fav since i was a kid After today. Garbage. Want begoing back any time soon. Your workers need to listen to your customers, way better.
