Delicious broth - wasn't too salty and had a lot of flavour. They also make very good chilli sauce, there's a slightly sweet taste to it.

Have been going here since they first opened and they have continuously delivered and listened to their guest to deliver good food. As a cook with 6 years experience and a foodie influencer this will always be my go to spot just for a chill day to myself and to bring every person I know cause it’s yummy and so just aesthetically pleasing lol staff cool as hell!!

Over priced noodles soup. Very little meat and vegetables, mostly noodles and soup for $18. But the ramen noodles soup are tasty.
Pho on Simcoe, more reasonable price.

First time trying Ippon and the ramen was delicious. The lofi anime music they had playing was top tier, the prices were phenomenal for the quality of the food we got, everything was flavourful and amazing. Our server was so kind, knowledgeable, and amazing. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good ramen place to try in the Durham region!!!! 10/10!!!!

This is a good spot for some Ramen. The hosts were courteous and knowledgeable.

The chicken here is halal, fried chicken was both crispy and soft. Definitely worth trying.

Just ate here for the first time and the ramen was excellent. Great meal for 1 or meal for 2 deals. Ramen took a little while to come than other ramen places we have been to but the restaurant was full. Our new favorite spot.

I really wanted to love this place — the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. The restaurant is spotless, modern, and has a really inviting vibe. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t live up to the rest of the experience. While food presentation was great the ramen lacked depth of flavor and the broth tasted like canned noodle soup. The toppings didn’t really add much to the dish either. Definitely not worth the money spent. I could have had $2 ramen at home and been happier than eating that.

It’s a shame because everything else about the restaurant was great. If the kitchen can step up the flavor, this place could easily become a favorite. For now, it’s worth a visit for the service and ambiance, but not necessarily for the food.

Riya was our server and made us feel at home. Helped explain the menu and served very well. Food was delicious. Perfect for lunch and upcoming winter season. Simple honest ingredients and also more options if one doesn't like ramen. Will surely come back

Riya was very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, the black garlic soup noodld could be more tastier but overall the dishes are enjoyable. My favorite was the cashu don!
