Food was excellent However our server erred on our bill A "reward " was posted to another table and we missed out on our discount Have an eye it may just be a way of the servers pocketing some extra monies

It was busy but glad I had a reservation. Good prices were high for a non alcoholic beer and a small small dessert. But that is probably how it's gonna be going forward with our situation in the world right now

We had a business lunch and it was great. The waitress was very friendly - and efficient! I enjoyed her welcoming personality. Jacks is basically my ‘go-to' for good food & service. Perfect for a business lunch. Will book again. For food, I had the Mexican salad, my guests had the street chicken tacos and hunters chicken. All enjoyed. Thank you!

Perhaps we picked a bad night? Extremely loud multiple birthday scenarios, perhaps loose the cow bell and fog horn? Table was so tight my husband and I couldn't move, my pasta was cold, server tried her best and was excellent but everything else about our experience means we won't be back unless it's a choice made by others in our party 😑

What a great restaurant. Our waitress went the extra mile. Even offered her recommendations of "extra cheese sauce" She was so right! Also first restaurant I have ever been to where they asked if anyone of us had a food allergy! I really appreciated this because I am allergic to cranberries. Which is in some of their salads.... Took extra care that my food would be safe.... Thanks girl you rocked. Wish I remember her Name I do know it started with a k and we were there wed evening around 530....
