We decided to stop by the restaurant on Canada Day and were very pleased! They gave us a cozy and charming table with sofa seating - it was comfortable and pleasant to be there. The service was excellent: we were served by Luke, who was very polite, attentive, and friendly - thank you to him for the great care. The food was a solid four - tasty and nicely presented, though there's still a bit of room for improvement. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we left with a great impression!

Boys night out with my son. Right off the bat we were greeted with a smile from our server Gabi. She was attentive and spot on with our orders as my son can be a bit picky. The food was excellent and exactly what we ordered. Our server Gabi was a friendly face and wasn’t overbearing and showed up exactly when needed.

We had amazing service as always at jacks. However disappointed in the quantity of chicken on my Apple and Kale salad. I must have gotten two chicken fingers.

Unfortunately we received burnt chicken and sent it back to the kitchen. We waited 35 minutes to get the chicken skewer and had already completed our dinner. The service was meh. Not a great experience.

First, I'd like to praise our servers. Luke was our waiter and he was training another staff member. Both are very tentative, friendly, and informative. Gave honest opinions on food items. My husband and I had salads and although they were tasty, they're pretty small for $20 each. We shared the lobster and crab dip which my husband liked, but I like their spinach one better. We've never had a bad experience at Jack Astors, noise level is decent, very clean and friendly staff and good food choices. Wish they had Brussel sprouts as an app and mango salsa for their fish tacos, but other than that we always enjoy our dining experience
