Been here twice and I plan to come back! Love the buffet style and how I can customize my dish to my liking. I tend to be a picky eater so this is perfect. 10/10

My boyfriend and I visited the Mongolian Grill tonight. Our server Alyssa was amazing and gave us exceptional service. She definitely deserves a raise in pay for her work. The restaurant however had a horrible odour near the salad bar. When my boyfriend wanted the guys at the grill to clean a portion of the grill to cook his vegetarian dish the one cook seemed very irritated that we asked him to do so. He walked over to another cook and told him to clean it. That cook was very nice and told my boyfriend it would be just a moment as he went to get water and disinfectant to clean the grill for him.

Mongolian Grill offers an unforgettable dining experience!

The buffet-style setup is perfect for anyone who loves to customize their meals. They let you create your stir-fry masterpiece by choosing from a wide variety of fresh raw meats including halal Korean BBQ, chicken & beef. We were also able to select our noodles or rice, fresh vegetables, flavorful sauces, and an impressive array of spices.

Once your bowl is ready, the chef skillfully cooks it to perfection right in front of you with traditional swords. Watching the cooking process adds fun.

The “all-you-can-eat” option is fantastic and reasonably priced, making it a great value for the variety and freshness of the ingredients.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with suggestions or refills. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it perfect for families, groups, or even a casual solo dinner. If you enjoy bold flavors and creative dining, this place is a must-visit!

So happy we decided to give this place another try. They were open and it was even better than I can remember. Will need to visit again next time I'm out this, way.
Only wish they had a location in Burlington!

We drove from Burlington to this restaurant. All the other locations closed. When we arrived at 631, the hostess says sorry we are closing early. There's a small sign on the door. Lots of people dining. Clearly she wanted to go home. When I explained how far we drive, she should have seated us. My intentions woukd never to show up during closing time.... Put up a message closing on ur site.

We have been going to Mongolian Grill in Whitby longer than the current owners have been around. Food quality with the previous owners was far better than food quality when the new owners came on; however, over many years the quality has slowly improved. Although the quality has been improving the prices still really aren't justified (even the sauces seem more watered down). Despite this, my family and I continued to visit out of habit and even held a small birthday gathering there a few days ago. Yesterday (Sunday) my daughter and I wanted to pop in for some dinner and found the restaurant closed 3 hours early for a Christmas party. Certainly no issue with having staff Christmas parties, but choosing to close the restaurant down 3 hours early rather than have a party before the restaurant opened that day (hours were from 12pm - 10pm) and finding this out just as we're entering really was the last straw. Lower quality food (including watered down sauces), boring contemporary restaurant design and very poor planning means my family and I will not be visit Mongolian Grill in Whitby ever again.

Excellent place , brilliant service, Lea was our server she dealt with so professionally and friendly, infact owner also came and ask us for everything and offer kids ice cream which was included in bill but we weren't aware of that.
I would highly recommend this place , especially if u want to experience something different. Food content is all very high stranded, and you are responsible for your own food taste as you mix everything yourself, even spices
I would definitely return there

The lady that helped me out was extremely helpful and nice. The food is expensive for what you get. They give you an extremely small bowl to help yourself which is a cool idea but for $24 you’d maybe expect a bit more. Some of the food looked spoiled, so I did not touch it. They do give you rice and tortillas but you cannot choose to order without it, just adds to the expense - whether you want it or not. Friendly service from the lady, expensive, food is okay, experience is cool to watch them cook it.

*Response to the Owner*
I believe you misunderstood what I was saying. The price does not display on the receipt regarding the rice and tortillas. However, it’s definitely incorporated to the cost of the small bowl you provide for us to help ourselves with. If you’re saying the rice and tortillas in no way is incorporated to the cost, that’s almost worse that you are charging so high for the smallest kitchen bowl you can get at Walmart. With all due respect you provide a 10oz bowl and charge $24. If anyone were to complain about that, you know the next response is “yes but it comes with rice and tortillas”. In which case - you incorporate the cost without displaying that to customers on the receipt and call it “included”.

Dirty serving bowls, food was left unattended and served burnt af. Rice and tortillas served cold. Only nice things were my hot chocolate and the manager taking the meal off my bill. Just underwhelming
