If you are looking for KFC in Durham region, this is probably the best of the lot. A few quick tips: always ask for the exact piece of chicken you want and dont forget to ask for fresh batch if not in a hurry. I hope their flavors are consistent and their employees could be little more prudent in asking for their customer needs. Nevertheless a good option in durham region for sure. I have taken their chicken in multiple occasions and over a period of time to evaluate them better.
Came here on a Monday at lunch time. Wasn't busy inside and it was quick to order my food and I didn't wait long to get it. No issues with the food quality or service based on this one experience.. I'll probably be back since it's the closest KFC to me.
The staff is nice but you can tell they're stressed under time. The food is always cooked well, unlike at the Oshawa Centre location where I've gotten raw chicken before. This location is a lot better. It's a lot better than the Taunton and Simcoe location too.
