i usually grab the hot n ready pepperoni pizza from little caesars and its always fantastic fresh and very good today the staff went above and beyond by handing me a rewards card without me even asking which was impressive highly recommend them for both their customer service and their food

Tried the Meat Lovers pizza from Little Caesars today and it was amazing! The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was gooey, and the toppings were loaded with flavor. Definitely hitting the spot!! Plus didn’t have to wait for it as it was Hot-N-Ready!! Very convenient

Ridiculous experience here. I phoned for take out and was told I couldn't make changes to the bundle (adding cheese crust for a charge of course) which is fine. Then I asked for pizza sauce on the pretzel instead of the cheddar sauce and was told you cannot do it when I went to order online it gave me the option so it doesn't make any sense. The female then starts speaking in a foreign language to someone else fully ignoring me asking for her name. You need better staff that can accommodate customers wishes. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I'd like someone to contact me back. Thanks. I overheard the male who offered to re make it for me call her Sapna or something. On her phone bare handed while in the kitchen is disgusting as well.
I had a terrible experience at Little Caesars recently, and I feel compelled to share it. The service was extremely rude, and the level of disrespect was shocking. The cashier, a Punjabi man, was unprofessional and showed no courtesy to customers. Instead of being welcoming or polite, his attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Customer service is a critical part of any business, but it seems like this location doesn’t prioritize it at all. The staff’s behavior, especially the cashier’s, was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving a bad taste in my mouth before I even got the food.
Little Caesars should seriously invest in training their staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a pizza and 2 crazy bread on my way home from a hockey game and the pizza was hard, had to throw it out, couldn't eat 2 slices, must of been sitting there for almost half an hour, both crazy bread the middle was edible but the ends were hard, barely had any taste to it

I wish they knew how to cut a pizza properly basically have to tear it apart to eat it I would give 0 stars if I could don’t get anything here they have expired pop as well they don’t check anything disgusting I probably will never step foot in there again i suggest you do the same but it’s your stomach not mine! As a pizza lover, I know when a pizza is days old, and this is definitely NOT Hot and Fresh. It’s just too bad that you give the name a bad reputation. You shouldn’t serve old pizza, give your customers what they pay for. Very disappointed.
