Terrible experience with this place today.
At around 5pm, we tried to book a nye reservation online which had tons of openings. We initially called to confirm and I was told by one of the staff that the restaurant was fully booked and not accepting any reservations. I told her that we could book openings online but she told us that it was wrong and the website did not update any booked reservations. We did not trust this.
We went ahead and booked a reservation on online for 930pm. Right away we got a call saying that she just spoke to us and told us that they were fully booked and didn't appreciate us going ahead and booking online. So clearly the update was getting to her live. Makes no sense to me .
Anyway, we went head with other plans for the night.
At 945pm, we receive a call from this stupid establishment asking us if we were gonna show up for our reservation at 930, because they were waiting for us. Like how dumb are the staff here?
Do better. Poor customer service.

Service was poor. The waiter only came to our table to take the order and deliver the food. We asked for a chips and salsa refill, but it never arrived. The biggest disappointment was our sonâs birthday. This is a yearly family tradition at this restaurant chain, and other locations usually create a fun atmosphere with a small celebration. At this location, the waiter only brought the dessert and said âhappy birthday,â with no effort at all. We left very disappointed, especially on a special occasion.

My experience at Lonestar Cantina was the worst experience ever. The value for your money is terribleâyou leave with an empty stomach. They donât provide complimentary chips, and the portion sizes are so small that youâd have to order the meal again just to feel satisfied. Stay away from this place; itâs not worth it at all.

Incredible poor service. Had to go to the bar to get water and still did not get the water for the table. The food was delivered with cold crispy rice and chicken enchiladas verde. The fajitas had no seasoning. The lack of Gluten Free chips was also disappointing. One deep fryer can be used for all the GF items and they have a lot of GF items, but no fryer. Be careful because many items say GF. It wasnât our first choice of a restaurant , but the group has decided not to return. Last time we ate at Lone Star was 3 years ago and this was our last.

Went for dinner with the family. Service was great even though it was Friday evening dinner rush. Food is also amazing. Drinks are also amazing with different types of draft beers and tequila. This is not our first time here we will be back again soon.

Great location and lots of seating in this restaurant. Had a great atmosphere. Thought we would try this out. Hostess and server are very welcoming and our waiter was very attentive and checked in on us and explained the menu and recommendations. Great service.
Ordered the Birria Tacos. Not what I expected, it was missing flavour. The Birria consome was lacking that deep flavour and did not have the birria layered taste. It tasted more like soya sauce mixed with broth. It was very watery. Disappointed how this came out and tasted.
Overall, I would pass on the Birria Tacos and perhaps try something different.
