We ordered their poutine which was extremly liked by my kids . The drawback was the time and that was may be cz of they just opened but according to the cashier. Opened around 1 pm . Told us the order will take 10 mins and took like 30 mins to prepare it .

I ordered from here because they have 4.7 stars in the Uber Eats app. I wish I checked the Google reviews first. Awful food, just as everyone said, the sauces are overpowering, chicken is dry but the chicken wings were good. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Food quality has significantly dropped and it’s not as good as it used to be.Ordered chicken on rice and the Chicken was very dry and overcooked. Felt like I was chewing cardboard.Also ordered Wings on the other hand which were absolutely delicious.

Went at 1 am Friday night. Restaurant covered in smoke. Smelled of burnt food. Man on cashier in slippers. When I got the food it was very gross so I threw it out. Lonzos is an amazing franchise and has great owners at their other locations. I used to go to Sarnia location before I moved to Whitby. I have great respect for lonzos kitchens ..this location however is going to ruin the lonzos name.

Is decent but I feel it's a bit overpriced. I ordered the falafel one, felt quantity was decent but it was a bit overpriced for a simple Falafel dish. Also, more so cuz middle Eastern usually has tabbouleh, some pickled veggies and so on. This just has reg iceberg lettuce salad.

Very yummy! I ordered BBQ chicken and sweet chili chicken over rice. I like the sauce, chicken is fresh not hard. It’s medium spicy for the sweet chili and I like that. A little pricey but hey we are in a recession with high inflation!If you don’t want a lot of sauce maybe specify, because they are very generous with sauce!

First time ordering. Bought smoked beef over rice.. The sauce has good flavor but there was WAY too much, it was overpowering. Rice is good though and there's a little bit of salad. Beef had good flavor too but there wasn't a lot for the price paid. And again, way too much sauce.Not sure it's worth $18. It was basically a lot of rice and sauce. I hope they read these reviews because a lot of others complain about getting very little meat/chicken too. However, the flavors are great.

My sister and I ordered uber eats and this place just didn't disappoint! It was the best experience yet and the flavour and freshness was impeccable. We enjoyed such a warm meal with so much flavour even though the driver took a while our food was still fresh and delicious! I will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu. Impressive!

I ordered the snack size chicken plate with french fries as base top with chicken and mayo and hot sauce at 2:36 AM. It took 30 minutes for the order to be prepared by your restaurant and 7 minutes for the uber driver to deliver the food, but when it came it was not hot anymore I did even feel any warm on the food. 30 minutes to prepare the food and its not even warm. The fries is also saggy. It means the dish is not newly cooked..I'll make sure to share the bad experience to my colleagues and relatives..Not going to order here anymore.

I was surprised by their beef and chicken platters, the taste was amazing. The best part is they're open until 2am on the weekend. I felt their protein portion size is very small compared to Osmows.They need to improve their service, and put proper exhaust in the restaurant. It took 35 minutes to prepare just 3 platters for us, my clothes were full of spice and the kitchen smell.I would definitely give them another go but hoping they increase their portion size.

My first time trying Lonzo's was last night and I truly was not expecting the food to taste as great as it did! I was expecting the usual Osmow's type of flavour, however I was really impressed with the unique flavour of the BBQ Chicken over Rice with salad! It was delicious and full of flavour. I will definitely be back :)
