I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the food service I recently experienced at your establishment.
The service was extremely poor, and I felt that we were treated unfairly, possibly even with racial bias. Our requests were repeatedly ignored — even for basic items like spoons — and it seemed like we were not given the same level of attention as other guests. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting.
Additionally, the food we received was not up to standard. It was burnt and not edible. I did not expect such a low level of quality and care.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate action to improve both the service and staff behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity at all times.
Both front one boy and girl are very ridiculous services

Great little funky joint! So glad I stumbled upon a posting on FB from Durham Eats! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and hellos!
The decor was what you might find on a island ! It really took you back to vacation mode! All you needed was the sound of the ocean!
After much debate as to where to sit ( I'm vertically challenged lol) we finally managed to order our drinks!
I recommend the cowapunga a beauty mixture of a strawberry daiquiri and pina colda!! boy oh boy they were delish!!!
Dinner consisted of the steak fajitas, I was told was freaking fantastic! I had the shrimp and steak chimichanga ( yep, don't come at me I know I spelt it wrong, I'm sure y'all get it) it was soo good!
Our server was awesome! Come to find out he was the owners son, as we had the privilege to have a little chitty-chat with her ! A lovely family forsure!
I highly recommend Los Cobos!
1st time here and will definitely be back. Service was great, the young lad at the front that greeted us went out of his way to accommodate a specific need. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. The steak fajitas were delicious. Will be back for sure.
Sylvia was very attentive and personable. Food was great. Love coming here, great atmosphere!
Awesome place and great service, love going back
Decent food and a lovely patio but extremely slow service. Drink orders were taken quickly, but our food order wasn't taken until an hour after arrival and then we waited approx 45 min for it to arrive.
Food is authentic and staff are super cool
Being from the US, it's hard to find authentic Mexican flavors here. This place wasn't bad, but nothing memorable either.
We’ve been to this restaurant many times and have always had a great experience!!
The food and service are always fantastic and they are very knowledgeable and accommodating for gluten allergy/celiac customers.

OK, so I want to start by saying that I've always loved this place, I've lived in Whitby for 40 years and it's been my go to for Mexican for years. But today I went in there with reservations I made 2 weeks ago we were greeted nicely and were seated.
Then we realized we were right beside the entrance with a freezing gust of wind when the door was opening on a half moon table that was much longer than most tables for 2, normally it wouldn't be a problem but there was a table of 15 or so right beside us. So we couldn't hear each other and we're cold. Again no harm done, we asked if we could move they said they were full for the night so hey bad luck we both said no worries and we're about to leave when this snarky teenager that works the door walks past, rolls his eyes at me and my wife and says "we are full, only table. What do you expect"
I was floored i got mad and went off quietly but I definitely let them know I was not happy. Anyway the manager was obviously related to him or something because the entire time I was telling her what was up they were looking at each other and he was rolling his eyes. I even apologized and he had to be told to apologize. I know I said I wouldn't write a review but I'm sorry I had to just because I clearly do not feel welcome at one of my favorite places in town anymore. Oh well. I went to the Brock house and had an amazing meal with adults that actually respect each other.
And on a side note, it's not a good excuse to keep telling me "he's only 16" that does not matter at all. He knew right from the start what he was doing. The waitress was great and polite. We were literally politely leaving the establishment and nobody was even talking to him
We were a group of 9. Tried Los Cabos tonight for the first time. It was hands down the best Mexican we have ever had. 10 out of 10. Will 100% be back.

The restaurant from the outside looks closed. The sign outside was broken. There is barely any lighting in the back parking lot. Food was gross. Service was ok. Place needs an overhaul.
