Was there with my family . Basically they focus on all you can eat patrons and if you order off the menu you take a back seat on service . Waiter was invisible for most of the time we were there. Food was "ok" and the restaurant wasn't that clean and needs a good clean up. Dirty floors and dust on fixtures. There is a lot of other Sushi place that are way better in Durham region so I will not be going back there.

It was busy because of Valentine's Day. Reservation for 7:30, but didn't get table until 8. No one asked if we wanted drinks, we asked for water and never received refills. Had to get soy sauce from another table myself. I understand that they were busy however not once did a server ask us if we needed anything. They would drop stuff off as they quickly went by. Also the food was not good, steak bites were dry and chewy, sushi was very salty and we kept receiving food we did not order. Prices were $10 more than usual b/c of valentines and they gave roses to women which my wife did not receive. It was a disappointing Valentines dinner.

I love this restaurant but was very disappointed this time. The food came so slowly, at one point we weren't sure we were getting any food at all. We ended up leaving hungry and frustrated because our food just wouldn't come and the servers kept asking if we were done but we were still waiting for the majority of our food. Usually the two of us can go, order once and leave more than full but this time when the food we received came in very small portions. For example, we ordered two portions of general tao and they literally gave us four pieces. We sat there for two hours, the same as many people around us, just waiting for food. Over the course of two hours, we received a single person portion of food. It was a very expensive snack. After we paid for our $80 snack, we stopped to get fast food.

Such a sad Valentines outing ! The food was completely compromised, had to re order several times as dishes never arrived. Very little protein with dishes, meat literally too tough to eat. Food took ages, which was frustrating on an hour and a half time limit. Only had a couple of tiny things, when asked to leave as time was up. Asked about 10 times for a manager, only for I guess the manager to say that there wasn't one. Was so expensive considering the bad oily quality and of course lack of it

Opentable Diner

There was no one there to greet me as I walked in. Waited almost 5 minutes before someone came by and he seemed very uninterested. The little machine they have aiding with service is very loud. The floors were extremely dirty with salt tracks everywhere. The food itself was decent. Favorite of what we ordered, were the cheese wontons and the beef teriyaki rolls. We could also hear some fussing in the kitchen at intervals. The overall feel of the restaurant and the food is nice, however it was the service that was a bit of a let down. If anything I would order takeout but I don't think I would dine there again.

Great food. Awesome selection for everyone. Only issue is alot of our food didn't come and we were worried if we reordered we would be charged if it all came.

Terrible service. We ordered 2 different bento boxes & due to the restaurant being busy we expected some delays. What we didn't expect was the disaster that followed. First to arrive was the sushi for just 1 of the meals - 10 minutes later the salads & cold soup was served. This was followed 15 minutes later by the sushi for the 2nd bento box. The next portion of the meal, (teriyaki & rice), came to our table in open take-out containers with the excuse that "the dishwasher was too busy to clean the bento boxes". Even if that is the case then at least serve the food on plates instead of what turned out to be a mix of 6 plates & 4 separate take-out containers. The next part of our dine-in/take-out experience was the delivery of the tempura for one meal. After more than 30 minutes & 2 reminders the tempura for the other bento box finally arrived. When I told the waitress that this level of service was simply not acceptable the response was that there were 40 people ahead of us.
Delays at busy times are understandable but if you can't serve all of the tables in your restaurant properly & professionally then stop accepting customers, get rid of some tables or hire more staff - that math is pretty basic - it's not rocket science!!

Online order system is terrible. It gives you a time when the order will be ready, it doesn’t matter if you wait one hour past the time it gives you it will not be ready. I have used the online ordering at least 5-7 times and the food has never been ready once, no matter how long I wait (I’ve waited an hour still not ready). Also have been missing portion of order, no apology when going back, still slow to get me the rest of the order.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. No greeting by the sullen waitress when we sat down. Just handed us the tablet. Didn’t offer us or bring us water/drinks. Restaurant was almost empty when we arrived yet food took forever to come out. Also the dishes basically came out one at a time. The portions were small so in some cases there wasn’t even enough for all three of to have some. In fact we didn’t even receive all the food we ordered. No one spoke to us till the very end.

I'm not one for Sushi however I had a very good meal today and enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff! Prices are typically the same $40/ person all you can eat dinner, good variety and tasty food, good to eat alone or bring family and friends!

Went last night at 9pm, they were open until 10:30pm. Waited to be seated and they were not that busy. Server was in such a hurry to get us out at 10:00pm. Service was slow to begin with and waited forever for the server to confirm our order on the iPad. Server was in the same room but busy cleaning an hour before close.

This time of the year they should be prepared to be busy especially on a Friday night and weekends.

They had already started cleaning and smelt like bleach mopping floors.

I’ve been to different locations numerous times and always had a good experience.

This location was the worst. Got sick, nausea and upset stomach all day today. Waste of money, soured the whole experience and to top it off spoilt a Saturday so close to the holidays.
