We have came here ofter since the Reno at this location they refuse to do refills asked for the manager Fatima here name is and had a bit of attitude when I ask as I explained if one McDonald's does refills it's a franchise and all should had to pay for my refill after spending 40 to eat here sux I suggest going to another mcdees that still has a drink machine. Thumbs 👎 for this place .

I reviewed this place many years ago and the coffee has improved 100%. However attention to detail is not there. I once ordered a McChicken with no lettuce, yet the thing came with lettuce. Ok no big deal, however the next time I ordered the SAME meal and received a Mcchicken McMUFFIN?? I have never even HEARD of that. LOL i cant win here...

I just got McDonald's tonight and the Women at the takeout window of the drive-thru are SO KIND! The girl (unsure of her name) always has such a warm and positive attitude and always brightens my day too. My muffins were perfect and same with the delicious apple pie! ✨ Thank you all for your service and kindness. Your staff is so wonderful.
