Got a 2 can dine and they forgot the 2nd drink and when asked for ketchup they would only give 2 packets out had to beg for more, went to sit down and had to go back to the counter as they also forgot the second fries with attitude from staff member might I add. The staff here don’t know what they are doing no wonder the line ups are always so long. Hire people that actually know what they are doing it isn’t that complicated to read what’s on the receipt and put whats on it in the bag. I’ve read many reviews form this location that they forget stuff. Management isn’t doing their job properly if it’s a constant thing about forgetting items people paid for.

employees dont even check on customer who are waiting. took 30+ mins to get someone's attention just to find out my order was ready 10 mins ago and has gone cold already. workers just chatting with each other

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches from this location in the drive through. The person taking my order was barely paying attention to the point where I was constantly repeating my order to him. After eventually getting everything punched in, everything was entered correctly. I continued through the drive through, paid and got my food. I drove off and passed the food out to others in my car and noticed that we got the wrong food. After repeating the order multiple times we still received the wrong order. We unfortunately were in a rush and couldn’t return to the store. Overall very disappointing service from this location.

We've experienced a couple late night drive through issues, which as soon as the evening manager was called to handle situation, he did so with sass towards customer as opposed to ensuring his employees were properly trained (employee not asking coupon code before taking order & them getting snippy when we brought it up at window, paying extra for topping for ice cream then being told we couldn't at window, Luke warm coffee, etc). Late night manager needs serious training on soft skills as he's incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Had no problems here . Enjoyed a good breakfast prepared quickly . Staff are wonderful here.Lots of indoor seating. Great coffee. Enjoy their free wi-fi. Busy drive thru.
