This location is now the epicentre of a homeless crisis in Whitby. Within the last year, this location has been plagued by the homeless, no longer offering a family friendly experience, but instead providing a front row seat for frequent visits by thepolice, fire and ambulance. It might be time to hold decision makers in Durham Region accountable for destroying the integrity of this location.
I like the two franchise owners. They checked on their staffs often. Staffs pay more attention when they are there. Not so much once they left. Staff chews gum nonstop at cash is not fashionable. Duty manager needs to pay more attention. 🙏🏼
This McDonald's is in a strip mall in Whitby. Not very new, yet decent in size and is good to grab a quick bite with the family or just coffee. They also have seating outside the restaurant if you want to enjoy the weather.
