This is our go to McDonald's not only for proximity but also because it has a playground wich my children love.

We just went through the drive thru at 6am on our way to my son’s hockey game. We ordered breakfast for my family of 4 including 6 hash browns. They gave us 1! How do you forget 5 hash browns? Plus they didn’t give us straws.

I ordered 3 Grinch meals and 2 were wrong and the drinks were wrong. I had to wait 8 minutes for the food in the drive thru off to the side and the only thing that came out warm was the nuggets we were waiting for. $60 for cold wrong food.

Drive thru experience was not that great! We came to grab McVeggie & McChicken between 1:30 am-1:45 am. Person who was taking order seemed to very impatient and rude. Poor service. I also addressed the concern to the employee who handed us our order.

I thought it was just a one off. So I tried a total of 3 times. Each 3 morning's I ordered a coffee and an everything bagel with butter. On every occasion I was told that my bagel wasn't ready and I was asked to park and wait. On the third visit (when I was asked to park and wait), I received a plain bagel with no butter.
Needless to say, if you want a bagel in a timely manner this McDonald's isn't it. Tim Hortons is pretty well in the same plaza, you are better off going there... I know I will be from now on.
