I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The food was cold, stale, and just didn’t taste fresh at all. On top of that, the staff seemed completely uninterested they were distracted, didn’t greet anyone, and messed up my order. It felt like no one cared about the service or the customers. Definitely the worst McDonald’s visit I’ve had. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Too bad! I ordered couple poutine, fries, coke and hot coffee(triple triple) and they give me the coffee which was not even hot it feels like not fresh and they i go to the counter and explain the employee about coffee so, she say i will replace it but i waited for almost 20 minutes they didn’t give me anything so i leave. I never experienced this type of service at any McDonald’s not even at any other store it was the worst experience of my life. I am never going back to McDonald’s ever again.

Kayden and Caitlyne were working on a night they were downstaffed and helped us out by serving us at 4am when my friend and I were craving mcflurries!! So nice of them and out of their way :)

Watch out before you eat!!!!! I ordered a Big Mac, and when I opened the box, I noticed that the patty HAD BEEN BITTEN into before it was served to me. This is completely unacceptable! I’ll never go to this location again.

Been here a few times throughout the years. Every time service is slow, I got my order after 10 minutes when dining in last time I went. The 2 sandwiches had lettuce all over in the wrapper when we opened it showing they weren't made with care. The food tasted fine and staff is friendly, otherwise I'd give a lower rating.

edit: Another day, another mistake. didn't give me the sauce that should come with the nuggets. give customers what they ordered is your freaking responsibility

I can only comment on the coffee that I get through the drive thru every morning and is why I didn't give any stars for food or atmosphere. I go through around 6:30 am everyday so I deal with the overnight staff that have been on since 11pm and they are all so nice and always smiling (especially Shanelle and Ashlyn-sp?). It's a great way to start your day as well as McDonald's has great coffee!

There is no customer service..we were waiting to order and three employees were just chit chatting and laughing. They least care about the customers, no smile, no courtesy. It feels like we are in a college surrounded by students who are there to have some fun.
