VERY LOUD environment. Why are all the employees yelling across the floor to each other??? It’s ridiculous and an embarrassing way to run en environment! Owners need to do something ASAP! Will never be going back!

We stopped for a drive through quick lunch snack of a snack wrap with extra chicken and no sauce, small fries and medium coke plus a $2.99 cheese burger. The food was fresh and tasted good and staff were friendly.

Was at the drive thru today and the girl gave me partial items of my order and asked me to wait up ahead?? Excuse me where do I park my car in the drive thru?? I had to take a round and be in the drive thru queue again. Explaining them was a pain because they forgot about me. Finally they remembered and when I came home my order looked like garbage in the bag. I’m never going to this location again.

Had some difficulty during my visit due to confusion with order taking caused by a language barrier. It led to delays and multiple corrections. I respect diversity, but clear communication is essential in fast food service. Hoping additional training or support can improve the customer experience.

Absolutely incompetent managers here today. Wasted almost 15 minutes in the drive thru over 30 cents! Their final explanation also makes no sense and nowhere when redeeming my offer did it indicate I would be upcharged. Bunch of robots lacking of critical thinking 🥲

No word of a lie, they mess up our order every single time. Today we ordered two sausage $5 meals and one $5 burrito meal. We didn’t check the bag until we were already driving, and when we opened it, it contained one sausage meal and a McGriddle. We were missing an entire sausage meal, though the drinks were correct. It was not even busy inside or in the drive thru.

Just earlier this week (Monday), I ordered one large coffee with cream and was given it black.
This isn’t a one-off mistake, it happens consistently, to the point where I finally felt the need to leave a review. Accuracy should not be this unreliable.

Faced racism here. I'm a person of colour. I was having my burger and minding my own business. A group of white teenager sat next to our table. They were silent until I stood up and took few steps towards trash. They started using racial slurs directed towards us. I hope their parents are shameful of their behaviour. Disgusting!!
