ALERT- when ordering at this location please ensure you check your order, my last 2 experience the order was missing an item. When spoke to the store manager, he was of no help and expects the customer to run around etc, it’s extremely poor customer service and avoid this location as much possible as you can.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location has serious issues with professionalism, and my recent visit was the final straw. I had a disturbing encounter involving an employee named Erika H, who was openly badmouthing a customer behind their back in an erratic and disrespectful manner. This wasn’t just a passing comment. It was outright malicious, unprovoked, and entirely inappropriate for a workplace, let alone a customer-facing role.

How do I know this happened? Another customer recorded the entire incident on video, which I plan to submit to McDonald's corporate head office along with a formal complaint. It's shocking that behavior like this is tolerated, especially in a brand that claims to value customer service and respect.

To make matters worse, the management team seems either complicit or completely unaware. The culture at this location feels more like a toxic high school clique than a place of business. Instead of promoting a respectful and welcoming environment, the management appears to enable or ignore gossip, bullying, and unprofessional conduct. It’s like something out of Mean Girls, but worse, because real people are being affected.

I strongly urge McDonald’s corporate to investigate the staff and management at this location. There needs to be accountability, retraining, and possibly replacement of anyone contributing to this toxic environment. Until that happens, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Waited a while for my food, seemed hectic and definitely understaffed. No one seemed to be helping and lots of workers standing around talking

Waited 15 minutes in the left lane of the drive thru while the right side had their orders taken just fine. Got the milk in my coffee wrong, forgot my straw, gave me the wrong food. went back to get the right food, went back to my car and they gave me the wrong food AGAIN. When i finally sat down to eat my food, it looked and tasted so unappetizing that i literally couldn’t eat it. I understand its a busy location but I have been extremely let down countless times and unfortunately today was my final straw lol i will not be back to this location. I recommend the location on dundas and thickson, never have had an issue there.

I was here with my husband and toddler at a busy time and Malik (who I'm assuming is a manager) did a fantastic job taking care of waiting customers and keeping things moving. He was very attentive and calm during a chaotic rush!

Was unsettling watching the staff chase bugs with an electric fly swatter for the length of our stay, zapped bugs dropping. Very loud. Bugs in donut case at front as well do not order from there.
