Affordable prices. Their grilled cheese with macaroni inside of the grilled cheese was so tasty. There is some spice to it and I truly enjoyed it. Their fries are delicious as well. Friendly staff work there.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at Melanie Pringles. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and it felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. We were left waiting far too long without being checked on, and when we finally did get service, it was rushed and unfriendly. The overall experience made me feel unwelcome, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Love this restaurant in Whitby. A step back in time with delicious food. Great service and atmosphere!!

A bit outdated but it feels right the old school atmosphere and good food bring me back and that's what I want. I still come here once a month and have done so for almost 6 years , great spot!

Best food I had in a while left me full and still had food left over. the staff was super kind and made it easy. the wait time was not long and the drinks were really good I got a root beer float and it was really good it came with more root beer on the side. The fryer were crispy on the outside soft on the inside the burger I got the Mel's smash with added bacon it was so good best burger iv had.

We were looking for a place for chocolate shakes and this came up in a search. In my opinion it's the best chocolate shake I've ever had. In a typical diner way, the shake comes with a refil cup. The server said she made it, with chocolate ice cream and chocolate milk. We also had onion rings and fries. The gravy with the fries was top tier. Can't wait to come back for the best chocolate shake I've ever had.
