Went with my family the other night to Milestones. Food was fantastic as always, however our server had the worst attitude. Blonde midweight girl, unfortunately my wife and I could not remember her name. I get we all have bad days, but should learn to put it aside when we go to work.

The Bellinis are always incredible, but I was disappointed by the lack of gluten free vegetarian options on their menu. Probably won’t be back for food.

We recently visited Milestones Whitby with our son and, unfortunately, were accidentally seated in an area of the restaurant that had already been closed for the evening. As a result, we waited over 25 minutes before my husband had to ask someone for assistance.

Shortly after, the manager, Neil, came over and personally apologized for the seating mistake made by the hostess. He immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to turn our experience around. Neil personally served us for the remainder of our visit and, after taking our order, kindly informed us that our bill would be taken care of. We had a couple of appetizers and soft drinks, and the gesture was truly appreciated.

Milestones Whitby is a restaurant we visit often, and while the evening didn’t start off smoothly, Neil’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care completely changed our experience. We were very thankful for the way he handled the situation and for his commitment to customer service. Thank you, Neil, for making sure we left with a positive impression.

Waited 1 hour for our food to arrive after ordering, and even though the kitchen staff clarified how much of a particular ingredient was included in one of the dishes, their answer turned out to be totally inaccurate. We also had to ask to move tables, because they originally sat our party of 4 in a booth intended for only 2 people.

I would like to shout out Jason and the staff here. Amazing customer service! Rectifying a situation beyond our expectations! We eat the same 3 meals every time we order takeout because we enjoy it so much. Extremely friendly staff with customer care exceeding expectations. Have not been to a Milestones in years. This Whitby location was not the one to visit after a long hiatus from Milestones. This location is in need of renovations, a thorough cleaning and an overall refresh. The tables and chairs are scratched and torn. My wine glass arrived with a gazillion water spots. The counter in our corner booth was dusty. Service throughout was friendly. Food is ok …. For the $20-30 range. I seem to recall Milestones as being a more refined dining experience. Unfortunately, not at this location.

Our waitress was amazing tonight, I really wish I could remember her name. They were very short staffed and she did mention it to us but it didn’t feel like the front was short staffed because she was so helpful, our food did take a while but it was all really good, one of our party had an issue with theirs being too spicy and she brought over tenders for her. Overall the food was good but nothing to brag about - our server though made the experience something I’d definitely tell people about. You could tell she was busy but our drinks were full and she was very on top of it!

I was expecting a pricier meal but it wasn't that bad. I got prime rib a pop and side salad, after a nice tip it was $65. Well cooked and enjoyed

I had the chicken tacos and the meat was cold like it was right out of the fridge and chewy. The sweet potato fries were just sad. They don’t have chipotle dip so you have to use the dill dip. It was not worth the money and I was not impressed.

Went for dinner, brought my kids. Took forever to get our drinks, gave us the wrong ones. Appetizer was decent, didnt take our main order til after we got apps, kids meals came out last. Took 15 minutes just to get the bill. I usually tip 30 to 40% for food service, today I gave 10% and debated giving none. 0% chance of a return visit
