We visited the Whitby location, and Maya was really helpful with the flavour suggestions and with our order. Our family really enjoyed the speculoos topping!

They took my order over the phone and asked me how long it will take to be there I said 10 minutes when I arrived I had to wait in line again. For 30 minutes I asked them my order they said we are busy 7:30 pm 06 December

Used to be a great place to get a dessert, now the customer service has gone down hill.
Just spent almost half an hour waiting after putting an order in while they prioritized every single doordash, uber l, Lyft, etc order to come in. Ran out off puffs filling takeout and the fresh batch got prioritized for takeout over ours yet again.

Want a blizzard but instead it’s soup and terrible? On it
Ever had a timbit and they says “I would like this to be worse in every way?” Yah your at the spot
