I’ve been here multiple times because the puffs are great but felt compelled to leave a 5-star review because of the wonderful service from Rujee (Oct 4 @ 4:30pm for management if I misspelled name). They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Please recognize this staff!

Been to the Whitby location a few times. Quality and service has declined. Tonight the puffs were raw in the middle. When brought to management attention they denied it and weren't willing to remake our order (box of 30).Very disappointing!!

I’ve Always enjoyed going here but tonight I ordered a mt Olympus. Wanted to swap a sauce out for another the up charge was 4 dollars, she said the system wouldn’t allow it any other way.
I asked if I could get the desert in a different box as I was driving and she said no it only comes in the one box, which is open and has no lid. Just felt like they could not accommodate at all even though my asks were minimal.
