Lately i've had bad experiences with customer service at other places, but Marissa has set high level standards with her service. She deserves hike and top positions wherever she works. He helped us as a family to choose from different flavours and offered us some testers.This was an outstanding customer service you can’t see every day. Eventually, we ordered more than planned because they were so freshly fried and delicious. Well done, Mr. Puffs!
Everything was good, the place is clean and beautiful, and the customer service was great, Vithiya was kind and made us feel really welcomed, totally recommend.
Really awesome treat for a special trip. Great drinks too. I recommend ice cream and puffs! Atmosphere is a bit clingy, gaudy and not enough table space but fun to try out.
