Best sub shop around by far . Staff Amazing, Food Fresh and tasty and everything super clean. I drive here from Courtice whenever I feel like a sub. The Owner also doesn’t hire their staff to get Government Incentives which is another reason to support this local business. I refuse to go to any other sub shop

This is by far the best Mr. Sub location I’ve been to. The bread is always incredibly fresh, the toppings are crisp, and the store is spotless. The customer service is outstanding—you can tell the owner and staff truly take pride in their work. I even drive out of my way just to come to this location. I am never disappointed they are always consistent with that menu.

I was there last week and had the most pleasant, traditional experience with the owner. Such a kind man. It felt very nice to connect with someone in a customer service environment again. I didn't realize how much I'd missed it until then. Thank you again :) Also, the store was SO CLEAN and everything was fresh. You can tell his standards are high.

A big shut out goes Savannah she was so cheerful and friendly and seemed to like her job . She served everyone in the same manner no matter how busy it was getting. I hope she is recognized for her great work . This was my first visit at this location and plan to return.

You need new front end staff... She's not likeable or friendly, she must not be happy there. Certain things weren't ready for meal prep either. Overall, not a good visit unfortunately. Will not be going back.

The kind server at the counter was so helpful and accomodating since I had an issue with my card and had to pay part in cash. The sub was also delicious. I will be back. Wonderful service.
