I was there last week and had the most pleasant, traditional experience with the owner. Such a kind man. It felt very nice to connect with someone in a customer service environment again. I didn't realize how much I'd missed it until then. Thank you again :) Also, the store was SO CLEAN and everything was fresh. You can tell his standards are high.

This place was clean . The food was fresh and tasted great . I have never met such a great worker at a Mr Sub . A big shut out goes Savannah she was so cheerful and friendly and seemed to like her job . She served everyone in the same manner no matter how busy it was getting. I hope she is recognized for her great work . This was my first visit at this location and plan to return.

You need new front end staff... She's not likeable or friendly, she must not be happy there. Certain things weren't ready for meal prep either. Overall, not a good visit unfortunately. Will not be going back.

The kind server at the counter was so helpful and accomodating since I had an issue with my card and had to pay part in cash. The sub was also delicious. I will be back. Wonderful service.

I always go to this location. The service is great but for some reason they always put 4 tiny off cut end pieces of tomato on my sub, the bits that they should have thrown out. When you eat the sub it's like there's no tomatoes. I noticed that this wasn't a problem for other people, but always for me. I asked them to give me the larger tomato slices, and there was some push back, but it was better. Any time I don't ask, they give me the tiny end cut pieces again. Nobody wants those. Everything else is perfect, but the tomato issues persists. Not good enough for a $15 sandwich.

First time there. The server not too friendly. I wouldn't go back at this location. She was very arrogant when I asked her about the menu and price. All she cared about was me to place the order, pay and get out.

WOW! What. An. Establishment! The facility is super clean, the tomatoes are with the tomatoes and not the lettuce. The green peppers are with the green peppers and not with the olives. The toppings are fresh, the bread is fresh and the assorted sub overall was a fantastic quality.
What impressed me the most was the customer service. Wow! From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, you are made to feel like part of the family.
It is totally worth the drive to Dundas Street in Whitby. I have long enjoyed Mr. Sub as my submarine choice and this location just makes the "Mr. Sub" experience that much more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for being awesome and kind!
