Horrible service bacon was raw when I clearly asked for well done...then they told me and brother extra veg was extra money and tried to say subway chargers extra....never going to this location again...also was the messiest sub ever...

Used to best sub ever.. not sure what happened ordered pizza sub on cheese bread and the cheese tasted weird and onions were different. Not happy whatever changes u made, change them back pls.

This was once a good Mr. Sub, great owners very friendly. Their subs however lack the ingredients, paper thin assorted meats and you only tastes the little veggies that are on top. The sub sauce is now lacking flavor. I always have to ask for a little more tomato or mushrooms. I have no other choice, I have to go to a Mr. Sub farther away. Lost a customer.

Loved my visit to Mr. Sub! The food was fresh, tasty, and made fast. Big shoutout to the staff for being super friendly. Also, thanks to my Certified Scrunchie scrunchie, I could enjoy my sub without worrying about my hair getting in the way 😂. Perfect combo — great food and hassle-free!

Hadn’t had Mr. Sub for over 10 years, but got a promotion for the Sunday BOGO and decided to try again. I ordered and paid on the app. When I arrived, the lady gave me a single sub. I told her I ordered 2 with the BOGO promo but she refused to listen. After a lengthy conversation, she called her manager at home and the manager refused to allow her to make me my second sub. I said I wanted a refund, they refused. I will now never return and will report this as fraud to VISA. Such a scummy scam company. Shut this place down.

Extra friendly and kind owners.They're really an asset to the MR.SUB chain.Very clean restaurant and restrooms.I ordered a super assorted as I have for over 30 years and they sure didn’t disappoint.Keep up the great work and thank you.

I come to this Mr sub location often. Today I decided to do an online order and pick up. Arriving at store sub was made and I carried out. Upon getting home I had opened the sub and it was not only on the wrong bread but no pickles either. I call the store and lady was rude stated she made it on cheese bread and put pickle then changed her story to she had no cheese bread I asked why didn’t she call or wait until pick up and ask which bread I wanted then. I expressed I’m upset and something needs to be done she then said nothing will be done and hung up on me and now is not answering store phone. Unless you want rude customer service do not shop at this store & situations like this is exactly why I wait to tip !! I have attached picture of white sub bun instead of cheese and my order that clearly states mozz cheese bun
