Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Nice addition to the area, some staff are excellent at the portion size and being reasonable. Some others give way too little, when I see them working I just leave now. The taste is always excellent which keeps me coming back. Staff could definitely use some better training and support. There should never be only 1 team member working, which is what I noticed during my last visit.

Awesome nachos

We placed an app order on a scorching hot Saturday afternoon. We ordered a chicken burrito bowl and 'Mucho' chicken burrito.

Arriving at our scheduled pickup time, the restaurant was nearly empty but the gentleman behind the counter informed us they had been slammed with mobile orders and our order wouldn't be long. They were making fresh veggies and grilling chicken breasts for our order as we walked in, it doesn't get get any fresher than that.... Our orders were prepped quickly and we were off.

The bowl and the burrito were pretty great, although, the burrito had brown rice instead of the cilantro lime rice which was requested. Otherwise, they were made to order. We were happy with the quality of ingredients and and the flavours of our food, the ratio of chicken to everything else in the burrito was a little skimpy, it was tender and juicy however. I don't get why guacamole is always an upcharge at burrito places...

We enjoyed our food, the restaurant was tidy and service was friendly and prompt. We will return in the future.

The food is always fresh at this location. Staff are always friendly. They renovated the place recently. Whenever I don't feel like cooking and I'm feeling like a burrito, I have a few options in the area, but this place never disappoints.

Food is good but the staff have zero personality and are quite awkward, makes you really not want to visit. Staff should be welcoming and warm, especially when there is competition right across the street.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for many years, and we have always had a good experience here! Viral and Vipal are fantastic customer service representatives, they always greet and serve us with a smile. We would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and friendly service.

Vipal and viral we’re great customer service representatives not only were they able to show me a couple really great food options but they’re overall personality makes it feel really great to come into this restaurant. This is my new favourite place to have lunch!! I have a met a few employees there and they have all been so great. The Manager is always smiling and a very nice lady. They always make a great burrito and quesadilla. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are perfect. Next time you go there, try the quesadilla!! 😍

I always have great service. The quality of food is good. I think it's the only burrito place that uses chicken breast (others use pulled chicken or nuggets). The topping selection is limited if you're picky.
