Had a poutine from here. Everything was pretty good, but all of the fries were soggy. It really ruined the quality of the poutine.

Food was fine are issue was we ordered a small fry with gravy and a burger combo. When we received our meal in good time the fry basket was barely filled and when I asked about my small fries and questioned were they in the same basket he said yes but then seemed confused. He then went back to the receipt and brought it over to go over with us and then he looked at it and said oh he will cook up the fries is that ok, we said fine but then he went to the cash turned around came back and said he will have to charge us. We knew then we were being overcharged and said no. Due to this fact we will not be back. We went to this place when it was Nicks and never had this issue. Seems it is on its third owner and they can’t even pay the money to re name it after themselves. Oh don’t grab a coffee here , it’s a no name Lewis type machine that you do yourself and pay 2.25. Take the trip to Timmies or even Starbucks.
I recently visited Nick's Grill in Whitby, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! I tried both the gyro and the burger, and they were absolutely delicious. The gyro was perfectly seasoned with tender meat and fresh toppings, and the burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
What really stood out to me was how healthy and satisfying the food was. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and I felt great after my meal – no heavy or sluggish feeling at all. It’s rare to find a place that offers such tasty food while also being mindful of health. Nick's Grill has definitely won me over, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend

I have only been in the store once, which was my first time ordering there but I loved the food so much and I ordered delivery off of Uber eats plenty of times after. I got the Chicken Soulvaki Pita with Tzaziki and Onions only and it was really delicious.
Parking: Not many spots to park but the food makes up for it
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible as there are stairs inside the entrance

Tom's grill (nick's), but unfortunately it's not Nick's so maybe you should remove his name.
Obviously this is no longer Nick's place, I think who ever bought it from Nick made a bad investment and trying to pass it down to customers. The place is way offside with pricing , quality and quantity. $7.00 for large fries that they take right from the freezer in front of you as if it was an ice cream shop. Obviously the quality is not good. The quantity is offensive, think of a regular size take out container that's not even filled to the max. In restaurants that aren't designed to rip you off you'd get enough fries to share between 2 adults and a child. We actually got our fries, tasted a few, gave the food to an unhoused person nearby and bought 2 large fries at McDonald's for about the same money. Also I don't know whose idea it was to sell coffee at $2.50+ that you basically make yourself by putting the pod in a household Keurig machine, that's insane. Watch out those stairs when you get in, Nick had a rail but these guys seem ok without the safety it provides and remove it. I think some restaurant consultant needs to help them.
