Bought a poutine today. The quantity was almost half of what i usually get from other osmows, it was even below the level of the box. And there was barely any cheese inside.

I was just at this location and ordered a regular chicken wrap. When I received it I noticed it was quite small compared to the last time I was there. I opened it and sure enough there wasn't much in it. The toppings are now being choped into little pieces (almost minced), rather than slices like they used to do. So obviously the amount of topping applied is less. Brought it to the attention of the female doing cash and the cook who are usually the people behind the counter when I go there. The lady was trying to showing me that she uses a scooper (very small) to apply the toppings, slightly smaller than the scooper that's used to make the falafel. So there's not much in the way of toppings. Although at time of order I had asked for extra toppings and as indicated on the receipt. The cook, his manners when communicating with customers is non existent. No eye contact when speaking with him and barely puts two words together (and it's not a language barrier bc I have chatted with him before). Pretty disappointing, considering every time I am in the area of Winchester and Bladwin I have lunch there. I would not recommend and I doubt I will be going back there again.

Osmow’s Brooklin is getting very stingy these days. No consistency on portion size… Bought a Large Lamb only box. $27. Food was good. Box was 1/2 full.

The staff seemed completely uninterested. It took far too long for anyone to acknowledge me, and when they finally did, it felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my order. I specifically ordered Chicken on the Rocks and asked for extra sauces to ensure it wasn’t dry. However, when I got home, I found barely any sauce on the dish. The chicken was dry, the rice was bland, and the whole meal lacked any flavor or care in its preparation.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this place left such a bad taste in my mouth—both literally and figuratively—that I feel compelled to warn others. Save yourself the disappointment, time, and money, and look elsewhere.
I been there few days ago with my friends, and all the vegan stuff was very good, well same like all osmows, but we were impressed by the service of that Indian guy (I think Hritik), we offered him job at our restaurant but he was loyal to his owner. And One should learn work ethics from him.

BAD Atmosphere!!! Overall food was good, but I don’t why manager started playing Bhajan/ Hindu Songs when they saw entering another Muslim couple. Before that it was some English song was playing. Whole time when me and only other Muslim customers were there, manager kept playing repeatedly same provocative song. It wa such an uncomfortable environment that I finished my lunch in hurry and came out.
