The service here is a solid 1.6 out of 5. They want to be kind if you fluff 'em a little bit, but it comes up supremely short regardless. The way in which they source their meat is barbaric and disgusting. It smells like cigarettes.

I usually go to another Osmow’s location, but today I tried the one on Baldwin. There was an older lady at the counter who took my order — maybe she didn’t hear me properly, but I had to repeat my order multiple times. I also asked for toppings, but they only allowed 3 toppings and even charged extra for garlic sauce, which other locations usually don’t. Honestly, I was disappointed with the service and experience. I think I’ll stick to my regular Osmow’s next time. Not satisfied.

Was on my way to grab my boyfriend from the airport wanting to grab him something to eat and we love osmows so I planned to go not realizing the closing time. I walked in right as they were shutting for the night and I told them not to worry but they insisted that it was okay and let me order, gave me extra sauces and chicken and told me not to worry that it was okay! Amazing service from the ladies working, I appreciate it so much :)
