I ordered a Caesar salad through UberEats and the portions was so small. The portion was for a toddler. I'm am very disappointed that they can serve that and charge $10+ for this. Shrinkflation at its best!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Panera location. I ordered a half soup and half salad for dinner, and when I got home, I found the bread placed loosely in the same brown paper bag as the soup and salad containers. The bread was completely unwrapped, touching the exterior of the other items.
This is a basic food safety concern. Even if the soup and salad are sealed, their containers can carry bacteria or contaminants on the outside. Other Panera locations understand this — for example, the Ritson location always puts their bread in a clean white bag. When I called the store, the manager admitted that Ritson does bag their bread, but the Whitby location simply does not.
If this is the level of care they show in front of customers, I can only imagine what happens in the kitchen when no one is watching. Food safety should never be optional, and it’s clear that this location does not prioritize it.
I’ll continue going to the Ritson location, where it’s obvious they care about customer health and proper handling.
I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb with Chicken and it usually comes with a variety of Greens 4 or 5 different ones. Mine came with only Romaine Lettuce and no dressing ( which they did not tell me about). I come here weekly and this is the worst Salad I've ever had here.

I just called asking if they had A loaf of bread in stock and the lady was quite rude on the phone and then hung up while I was still talking. I also think that they are missing out on a ton of sales because there are tons of people that ask for their fresh loaves of soft bread, but whenever I call, they are always out. Just suggesting that they make more fresh loaves to secure more sales to help them with their business goals

Just came here for the first time. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch. I should have known from when a man came in complaining about his soup. Absolutely terrible. If I hadn't drove off already they'd have to refund me for this BS sandwich
