I phoned this store to place an order for 2dozen bagels and cream cheese 4 days before I needed to pick them up on March 30, to ensure the order would be filled for a lunch I was hosting. I spoke with a man with a distinctive voice. I phoned the store early on the morning of the 30th to ask for the bagels in my order to be sliced- I was told this would be done. When I arrived at noon to pick up my order I was told by the Assistant Manager they had no record of my order and could not fill it. They claimed to have a computer issue. They said the person I spoke with earlier that morning was confused. The man I was speaking with, who had the identical distinctive voice, said he did not know who took my order. They offered to sell me the cinnamon and blueberry bagels they had left to replace the sesame, everything, cheese, and plain bagels I ordered. Then seemed confused when I said these were not the same. They were very unconcerned and provided zero customer service. Will not be returning.

Was so surprised that I had to pay .50 if I chose the chips as my side for my pick 2. Outrageous. You can have an apple or a piece of bread for free but chips .50? Whyyyy?

Food is so so .. I find that pavers had better quality when they opened.. good atmosphere and quick service though.. not bad for coffee and quick lunch. Try their soup in a Joel and u won’t be disappointed.Parking: Plenty of parking albeit might be hard to find in rush hour.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly!

Very unpleasant experience. When we entered this cafe it reeked of smoke and dust. There was a carpet and it looked like it had not been cleaned in days. The customer service at this location was not that great either. I'm sorry but I will not coming here again and will not want to eat in a place where there is no focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
