Phoebe was the most amazing waitress. Her kindness, smile, and outstanding customer service truly enhanced our visit. She was constantly on the move, accommodating each table with ease. My son 15 years old and three of his buddies went for dinner yesterday at pipers. The server took it upon their self to charge the tip they thought they deserved when handing the machine to each of the boys which I think is wrong! My son said the server handed the machine and said don't worry about the tip I already added it. I'm not saying good service and food doesn't deserve a tip but these kids are young and may or may not have the funds to tip above the average and it should be up to them to choose the tip not the server.

Had an amazing lunch before our kids hockey tournament. Wings, chicken souvlaki and pad thai were all delicious. Our server Brittany went above and beyond to make us have the best experience possible!
I don't know what's happened, today at 2pm. Bad service, bad food. We order kids menu pasta for my toddler, wings for me and a sandwich for my wife. We required the pasta first. Then after 15 mins the sandwich and wings came and after other 10 minutes the pasta arrived, obviously my toddler lost his appetite. The waitress never apologies and never back again to the table. The wings overcooked, the sandwich hard and dry and the kids pasta with tons of fake butter oil. Come on guys what's happened.
