I went into this Pizza Hut on my way home from work yesterday, Cheyenne was the one to greet me, she took my order and even made my pizza. I waited 10 minutes for an amazing pizza and had an excellent customer service experience. Thank you to Pizza Hut and especially a thank you to Cheyenne. I will definitely be coming back.

We ordered 6 pizzas along with 4 orders of garlic bread. Upon picking up the pizza we noticed we only received 2 orders of garlic breads. After seven attempts of calling the location they ignored our calls and would not pick up the phone. When they finally picked up they assured us that they will deliver the remainder of the order to our house. 30 minutes later the delivery driver arrives with part of the missing order and asks us to call the location for the rest. When we tried to call, once again no response. We would not recommend this location as the customer service was terrible along with the pizzas having little to no toppings and being burnt. The lack of communication makes it clear they do not care. Would not recommend.

Simply the worst customer service!! They gave me the wrong order. And we don't like anything that we got, we've called, they don't answer. We've called customer service Pizza Hut...I don't think one exist. Three hours on the phone, and the farthest I got is talking to a rewards guy that can't help. Other stores can't get in contact with this store. And there's nothing they can do.There is no manager to transfer to. Turned a nice night into something else. I just can't get over there. Is no online customer service support shame on you pizza hut you took my money and gave me nothing and You're okay with that?

Ordered takeout online and a minute later got a call from the store saying they had to cancel my order because of low inventory. I said ok thinking they would refund me, they didn’t. Called customer service multiple times and they tried to tell me I came and picked up the order.

Ordered 2 triple treat boxes. 3 of the pizzas were burnt and the chicken bites were missing for both. Tried to call 5 times, got through the first time, then "transferred" and hung up on every time after. Customer service is absolute garbage now and it used to be great. I have no idea what's going on with them but it's a bit much.
If I didn't order for my sons party and have a house full of kids now, I would have gone back to the store.
