Called the store and ordered two large four topping pizzas and a $5 medium Pizza and they wanted to charge over $90. What a joke. I give you six months until your out of business. Cancelled the order and ordered the identical items from domino's........ $53.

Horrible experience. Pre ordered for Halloween. Waited over 30 minutes past pick up time. Couldn’t find my food. Asked for a refund and only refunded my food not the tip.So I tipped to sit there and be hungry.Many many customers were complaining about the same thing, don’t go.

Unfortunately, Pizza Hut is the only pizza place in Brooklin that will deliver to Ashburn. We are 6km away from the store. Their driver has complained every time to us about the 9 minutes it takes to get here and the amount of gas he uses. It's such am uncomfortable feeling and absolutely unprofessional. I finally had the last straw and called to complain. Was expecting the manager to call but still nothing. Will not order again. I'll pick up my pizza from elsewhere .

Very small and overcrowded Pizza hut. Heat is ridiculous in the building while the employees sweat away while preparing your food. The back door has been left constantly open to alleviate the heat but causes rodents and critters to enter the building adding to the hygiene issues. Avoid at all cost. Brooklin has a lot of better pizza options than this.I'm really suprised Pizza hut allowed one of there franchise stores open in such a small and confined space.

I have ordered pizza from this location twice now. And both orders were poorly done. All the toppings and cheese were concentrated in the Center… 1/3 of pizza is just crust? Barely any cheese to cover the medium pizza. Looks like they put on toppings from small pizza on a medium pizza. I won’t be ordering again, Pizza Hut use to be great and I thought they would make a comeback

Not happy. Pizza was dry with seem to be no sauce and my chicken pizza had very little chicken on it. I know that this is not Pizza Hut quality, this franchise need some more training. We cut our losses and went to Ajax and was very satisfied.

Worst place to order delivery.Never recommend this place. Just ordered large chicken pizza for my daughter they literally put 7 pieces of chicken on it. I will post the pic of the pizza once I get my laptop access. So frustrating to see this pizza.
