This hands down used to be the best pizza in Whitby but unfortunately their quality is now inconsistent. Oftentimes the pizza is cut haphazardly (some slices are huge and others tiny), the dough is thick in some places and thin in others, and the toppings are not cut well (I have found onion skin more than once).

Absolutely ridiculous. I Only ordered from here because it’s closer to my house. I ordered ahead for a jumbo pizza and I got there 30 minutes after ordering when the time call was 25 minutes. The pizza was not even out of the oven when I got there and when I came home, the pizza was raw. When I called the restaurant, the girl told me she was gonna call back in five minutes and once she did the only solution she could give me was that they could remake the pizza and I would have to go back and pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable. It should not be on the customer to pick up a new pizza when the cooks are the ones who messed up. And the fact that a refund or credit on file is not even an option for the store is beyond me. It shouldn’t be the job of the customer to suggest for somebody to deliver it instead When the store already offers delivery. The store needs better customer service and needs to pay better attention went cooking other people’s food. Avoid this location at all cost. The Oshawa location has been consistent and has the best customer service.
Update: my Second pizza just came, and it was still uncooked. These cooks need new training.

The taste is never an issue but they lack good service or personnel management. Ordered hours in advance for a 4pm pick up as did the 8 people in here waiting... nothing is ready and will now be late for other plans. Here's a tip .. on busy nights .. have enough staff on had.

Favorite pizza place for takeout. I like the Joey, my wife likes the Americano. So I went to see the guy with the peel and explained. What we got was a Joey pizza, with mushrooms & peppers, extra cheese, cup & char on top, well done! Seriously, best pizza ever! I suggest we call it the Joey Americano. Recommend.

Had the pleasure of trying Pizzamunno the other day and I'm so glad I stumbled across this place. I ordered their Scorcese pizza and absolutely loved it. The spice was not toned down which I love, the pepperoni and soppressata paired beautifully with the Jalapeno and their pizza sauce. The dough had a great bounce near the crust, with a great undercarriage. This is one of those great pizzas that you do not need any additional dipping sauce to make it taste good. The quality of their pizza along with the great service they provide made me fall in love with this pizza joint. Hard to beat in the area.
