I have been to this location about 5-10 times, and my panzerotti always had a proper amount of toppings in it. I got a panzerotti tonight and was extremely disappointed to see that my index finger is thicker than the amount of toppings inside and also how small it was (pic was it cut if half, so the most amount of topping) I've had a bologne sandwich bigger than this panzo!. I get trying to cut corners to save money but not this way..I've never still been hungry after eating a panzerotti until today

Slices in the showcase are alway stale whenever I go to this location. Improvement is needed in that area. Otherwise it’s best to order your own pizza from scratch where you choose your own toppings. This way freshness is guaranteed.

3rd time when either pizza is not delivered, or is delivered 20-30 minutes late. I had it with Pizza Nova. There are MANY other brands with way better service. The excuse was that even if "we told you the delivery time, it's not guaranteed." However, in the order screen it states "DELIVERY TIME". Why don't you write "ESTIMATED delivery time"??? The second excuse was that "it's Saturday... and it's busy".Pizza Nova, let me tell you a secret: Saturday noon is a very busy time!!And, as if being 30 minutes late was not enough, the pizza was completely cold!You can keep your $15: never again. Please do yourselves a favor, and order from a different brand.

I went here today and ordered a Pepperoni Slice with a Nestea and Sunchips. The person who took my order, Idress was very kind to me. He quickly made my food and to top it all off he had a big smile on his face! Very great guy. I will be back here soon.
