Charged me $6.50 for a pepperoni slice instead of the usual $4.50 because "it had two types of pepperoni". Absolutely ridiculous hustle. Rating two stars because I still ate it, but please don't get suckered like I did.

Lady at the front desk was nice. Walked in with my daughter to have a quick slice. We got combos and she let me try a cup of the Mike's Hot Honey. I thought I had to write a review as it's the little things that make a difference.

This is my third time coming to this Pizza Nova store in Dundas in the last couple of months and I always had a very good experience at this

I went to the pizza nova in Dundas Whitby and ordered a medium pizza with cheese pineapple and green peppers. They delivered my pizza and the pizza I received was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING I looked at the pizza and some were flipped over, toppings weren’t on the pizza properly and it looked like they dropped it 3 TIMES I called the pizza nova customer service and they were VERY DISRESPECTFUL When they spoke to me he put me on hold and then hung up I called him back DEMANDING my money back and a new pizza he said he can give me credit but not a new pizza so I compared them to pizza pizza and hung up after saying just give me my pizza I’m hungry and it took over an hour just to get me a new pizza and come back. the driver gave me so much attitude and told me he didn’t drop it but he clearly did. When I got my new pizza it looked decent but when I bit into it it was burnt the crust was as hard as a brick and the tomato sauce was chunky and there were random pieces of onion when I did not order it.The just better have not spit on my pizza…

Used to order here all the time. Now all I get is flat overcooked somewhat burned pizza with little cheese and toppings. Won’t be coming back.
