Today I while I was there having a pizza I notice that there are no accessible buttons going in and out if someone wants to go in and eat that might. be in a wheelchair will get left out because that is a barrier problem for them I even checked the google photo and it shows that there is no accessible buttons.

This place has gone downhill so quickly Will never order there again ; Screwed up multiple orders in the last month 1 delivered pizza 6 hrs earlier than requested 2 pizzas we ordered for pickup were all wrong 3 pizzas were cold
Save yourself the money. Hopefully pizza nova corporate looks into this. Doesn’t look good on the corporation

Worse pizza I ever ate! I normally ask for delivery and bc it comes from other store I never had any problem, but this time I decided to pick up and it was frustrating! Cold, no flavour, and barely any toppings! I could give Zero star easily!!! Close this store

Last night had long night with my kids and wife thought about pizza nova on the way home stopped at this location to be sold a pizza that someone canceled was told half hour ago but the pizza looked like it’s been sitting for hours, rock hard, burnt, and not even able to eat should’ve been thrown in the garbage honestly this store i will be avoiding from now on. I’ll be going to pizza nova KendalWood plaza location way better service and cooks it fresh.

Oh man, let me tell you about their customer service! It was a total bummer. When I were placing my order, the person on the other end seemed really disinterested and didn't give me much attention. And when my pizza finally arrived, it was cold and they got my toppings all wrong. And the pizza was not cut properly. Need to Improve the service!

I ordered a Large takeout pizza and 5 drinks. I sent my daughter in to ask for plates and they told her they didn’t have plates. I went inside myself and asked why they didn’t have plates, they told me they did have plates and proceeded to say they charge 7 cents for one plate each. I find that so ridiculous considering it was TAKEOUT!! What a joke.
The cashier is very helpful and friendly to my inquiry. We ordered chicken, garlic bread and potato wedges and they are so far good.

I would like to give this store a 0 rating as when I ordered a pizza from here it was not what I ordered at all . I ordered a vegetarian pizza but there were some meat particals on it , I will never recommend this pizza for vegetarian person . It really hurted my religious aspect. Hopefully I was able to get that the pizza had something which I never ordered. I hate it on uttermost level. I have never-ending words to complaint about but still you guys should try doing something better.
Vegetarian options: Never have a pizza here if you are vegetarian or vegan .

Gluten free crust not worth the price almost $26 bucks with delivery. I threw out the end crust because it was overbaked and hard. There are better gluten free pizza in the frozen section for cheaper!

When I opened the box, it looked brand new, but the mushrooms were fully burnt. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures. I have the burnt mushrooms, and the pizza was also a little salty. Customer service initially stated that it was up to Pizza Nova's standard and offered no resolution. I questioned if they were looking at the same pictures, as the mushrooms were clearly burnt. After sending them a picture, they agreed to refund, but insisted it was at Pizza Nova's discretion. I asked if serving blackened mushrooms was Pizza Nova's standard, but received no clear response. Overall, the customer service was horrible, especially considering I had to drive through snow to get the order.
