Customer beware! I asked for doubles deal which is 2 medium 2 toppings on each for $23.99. Instead he charged me for 3 mediums and my bill was $52.00. Also asked for double pepperoni on one of the pizzas but did not look like double. Cutomers be catious when ordering at this location.

Ordered late at night yesterday a medium pizza with extra cheese pepperoni and onions, two dips and a water. Can't believe it cost $24, not worth the money. The employee was just guessing the price when I asked, didn't check the system. I seriously think they overcharged. Either way I asked for the pizza well done and the pizza was soggy under neath, no crunch. The pepperoni were still soft and looked undone. All that looked cooked was the cheese on top and the crust was slightly crunchy. Not to mention the sauce was so acidic, which I never experienced before from a pizza nova. Disappointed when all I wanted was a well cooked pizza.

I had just called to place a take out order. Associate named Shah picks up. I wanted to know the deal of the day and price of veggie pizza after taking my number name she starts placi my order when I told her I wanted to just know the price for veggie but want to order the deal of day without even waiting a second she transfers me over to customer service where I had called the location I would be picking up from where I was 2 minutes away on my way. Ridiculous service communication not even going to bother with this place.

Since new ownership I am presuming it no longer is what it used to be. Minimal toppings and tasted different. Did not like crust either. This location was my go to at taunton and garden but not any more. Nice service but I can't eat that. Very disappointed . So hard now to find cook takexout with new owners having no idea what we I. The area want. Pizza nova, you need to consider your Canadian content!
Today I while I was there having a pizza I notice that there are no accessible buttons going in and out if someone wants to go in and eat that might. be in a wheelchair will get left out because that is a barrier problem for them I even checked the google photo and it shows that there is no accessible buttons.

This place has gone downhill so quickly Will never order there again ; Screwed up multiple orders in the last month 1 delivered pizza 6 hrs earlier than requested 2 pizzas we ordered for pickup were all wrong 3 pizzas were cold
Save yourself the money. Hopefully pizza nova corporate looks into this. Doesn’t look good on the corporation
