Absolutely horrible experience at this Pizza Pizza. I called to place an order and the woman on the phone literally hung up on me mid-sentence. Customer service clearly means nothing to this location. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine what happens behind the counter. Save yourself the disrespect and go literally anywhere else for pizza. Never again.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and pepperoni walk in pizza and they were delicious, indicated by 3 different people. The service is always friendly and pleasant here. Restaurant is clean and tidy.

Ordered from this location via the Pizza Pizza App. Received 2 medium pan pizza's with basically no cheese or toppings. Paid $35 dollars for burnt crust. When calling the office would not credit me back they would send a replacement which I didn't want, (never trust a replacement). After 45 mins of my life wasted they gave me a $20 dollar credit I will likely never use. Calling head office tomorrow. Not the first time this location has cheaped out on toppings but no cheese is beyond belief. Do not order from this location, I know I won't again. Not the way to treat long time customers.

CHECK YOUR PIZZA IN STORE!!! Pizza left in oven too long and burnt. They scraped some char off the crust and boxed it to give to me without hesitation. It was a medium cheese pizza for the kids. Cancelled my order (including xl 4 topping). HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY!!!. Will not return for our weekly order.
