We usually grab pizza 🍕 from this location and it's generally great. This is a one off experience where we both got food poisoning from the pepperoni pizza with chilli flakes. My husband was ill for 8 hours, and I've been sick for over 30 hours running to the toilet. Please increase the food safety standards.

This happened back in November. I went to pick up my free slice through the Score a Slice pizza promotion with the Raptors and placed the order through their app. When I arrived, staff claimed there was no order. I showed the cashier my phone confirming the order had gone through for 1200 Rossland West, Whitby, and they still refused to honor it. Instead, they brushed me off and said it was probably another location. Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of my time. This promotion felt like a scam.
I encourage people to avail the Score a Slice promo and see if you actually get your pizza.

Place a pickup order for the Raptors Free Pizza Slice and when I came in to pick it up, the workers said they never received any pickup orders. Also said I may have come to the wrong location which I then showed up the confirmation order and this specific location.
I've heard from other people that they've done the same thing.

Visited this location last week and loved the hospitality and service, upon entering was greeted immediately and ordered my pizza was given recommendations and worked out a deal I wasn’t aware of. Pizza was ready quick, was fresh and was the best pizza I’ve had from a pizza pizza location. Would definitely recommend this location to friends & family.

Ordered online coming in from a long drive. Got delayed in weather related traffic. Arrived 30 min later than it was supposed to be ready. Pizza wasn't ready yet (or was never made...); it's been an hour since ordering, how is that possible? Someone dropped the ball majorly here. Now young kids/toddlers are way past their dinner time without food and everyone is hangry.
