I ordered from this place over an hour ago, and they called me telling me my order could not be delivered because the “roads were closed” when there are literally cars making their way down here and my friends Uber made their way down here. I called the help line who told me a guy was coming for 905 (I ordered at 7:57) no second driver showed up at 9:05 and I called back and got told there was no second driver coming. I got hung up on twice and got zero compensation for waiting over an hour for my pizza. I am beyond angry.

I ordered a keto pizza but was given a regular cheese pizza instead. I only realized this when I opened it at home since the box was sealed. On top of that, the staff member who took my order showed no customer service skills—despite my effort to be polite and friendly, she remained expressionless the entire time. Not buying here again.

Had a wonderful experience and the food tasted great!
This Pizza Pizza store can’t follow orders or the Pizza today on their app which was a pineapple bacon with bacon bits with beef, ground beef and pineapple and what they send me just a blank cheese pizza so I called the store and they said sorry that’s what you ordered. I said no it wasn’t. If you read your paperwork, you have seen what I ordered.
