We were sold pizza that was undercooked and obviously old—stale, lifeless, and completely unacceptable. This wasn’t fresh food by any stretch; it tasted like it had been sitting around far longer than it ever should have.
What makes this worse is that my husband has a rapport with the owner, yet apparently that means nothing unless you physically walk in. Ordering out clearly gets you treated differently, because what we received was awful. The quality was so bad it made my whole family sick, which is absolutely unacceptable.
This wasn’t a small mistake or an off night. This was careless, unsafe, and disrespectful to customers. We will never order from Pizzaville again. Ever.

We have ordered from Pizzaville many times and never had any issues. Tonight we ordered our “usual” 3 pizzas and 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. One was the spicy vegetable pizza and there was no sauce, no spice and NO VEGETABLES!! cheese and crust only. The other pizza was the Cheesburger pizza with no onions or mushrooms. It came with extra mushrooms and onions and no sauce and no cheddar cheese!. After speaking with customer service (corporate) they took no responsibility and offered a $20 credit on a future order. Having spent $87 on this mess I will not be ordering from Pizzaville again
