For more than 5 years I had been a very satisfied customer until last Saturday when I placed my order and it was delivered one hour and 20 minutes late and obviously cold. So dissapointed with the customer service response of 17 dollars credit (paid 45 in total not to my credit card but under my phone number) to be applied to my next order. Thanks, but I will not be ordering from Pizzaville ever again.

The man he was working there around 9.13 pm ask him to atleast wear gloves while putting toppings on pizza . He was using his phone first then with same dirty hands he put toppings on my pizza and after that cleans the dust from table . Ewwwwđ

First off, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. But let's get to the main event the pizza!
The pizza here is out of this world. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings are incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the cheeseâŠoh, the cheese itâs melted to perfection and adds the perfect gooey goodness to every bite.
Trust me, once you try Pizzaville's pizza, youâll be hooked. I canât wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. If you havenât been here yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. You wonât be disappointed!

Consistently the best pizza in North Whitby IMO. Since several of the original staff have returned to this location (shout out to Michael), the quality has vastly improved, and this particular Pizzaville is my âgo toâ location when Iâm craving a pie.Why? The food is excellent, and always done well. Voted âBest Crustâ and âBest Sauceâ by ME 3yrs in a row!! ? Quality toppings - not too little, or too much - just right. Pepperoni and cheese arenât greasy, and the veggies never soggy. Itâs pizza perfection for under $20.Staff are friendly and often greet regular customers by name. Thatâs a nice personal touch, but also evidence that theyâre experiencing a lot of repeat customers based on their consistency. Iâm always greeted with a smile.And then there are the Pizzaville perks. it doesnât take long to be rewarded with a free pizza if youâre ordering online from your account, and $25 gets you a couple of free drinks which sweetens the deal. You put it all together and this location is tough to beat. Give them a shot and you will be impressed!

This used to be very good until last year. Absolutely bad now. Pizza was burnt and very rubbery. If you think you didn't make a good pizza just don't serve that. Staff has changed. All new staff, not sure if the management changed.

Usually when I order from pizza ville the pizza is pretty good. I ordered from the broadleaf location and when my pizza arrived it was over cooked. It was literally like cardboard. With the cost of what I paid for my entire order it would be much appreciated to actually have had a decent pizza.
