I've lived in Whitby for over 25 years and this is my first time here. Have I been missing out. Food is great, service was great (thank you Randi!) and pricing is reasonable. It's not the fanciest place but how often have we all been fooled by looks over quality. This diner has a great small town feel that Whitby is losing in so many ways. And all day breakfast makes it easy to never miss out on a great way to start the day! Until next time!

Great little spot for breakfast! The food was tasty and came out fresh, and the portions were just right. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The place has a cozy vibe, which made it a nice, relaxed start to the day. I’d definitely come back here again.

Definitely overhyped by the regulars portions are very small and expensive along I was waiting 40 minutes for a breakfast when the restaurant was empty too busy talking I will stick to my sunset grill

The service from Randy was exceptional. Al cooked the breakfast spot on!!! Food was really good. Ordered th PJ'S breakfast special. Bacon was cooked to perfection, and the home fries were very tasty. I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this place!

My husband, daughter and I came on a whim while we were here for a Lacrosse tournament. The outside of the restaurant was nothing to look at, so we were worried that we were misled by the 4.8 rating. We were so wrong. The food was fast and fresh, and delicious. And SO hot. I had the eggs Benedict (a weekend special), my husband had the lumberjack, and my daughter had the buttermilk pancakes. We were all pleasantly full as we rolled back out the door — magical rice pudding in hand. I HIGHLY recommend the rice pudding!! All in all, if we come back to the area, we will be coming back to this hidden hole-in-the-wall gem for breakfast again!!

We were visiting from France and we wanted an authentic Canadian dining experience. This one did not disappoint at all! The food is generous and delicious, the owner is efficient , welcoming and with a sense of well timed humor ! Great value for money , and time .
