The service from Randy was exceptional. Al cooked the breakfast spot on!!! Food was really good. Ordered th PJ'S breakfast special. Bacon was cooked to perfection, and the home fries were very tasty. I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this place!

My husband, daughter and I came on a whim while we were here for a Lacrosse tournament. The outside of the restaurant was nothing to look at, so we were worried that we were misled by the 4.8 rating. We were so wrong. The food was fast and fresh, and delicious. And SO hot. I had the eggs Benedict (a weekend special), my husband had the lumberjack, and my daughter had the buttermilk pancakes. We were all pleasantly full as we rolled back out the door — magical rice pudding in hand. I HIGHLY recommend the rice pudding!! All in all, if we come back to the area, we will be coming back to this hidden hole-in-the-wall gem for breakfast again!!

We were visiting from France and we wanted an authentic Canadian dining experience. This one did not disappoint at all! The food is generous and delicious, the owner is efficient , welcoming and with a sense of well timed humor ! Great value for money , and time . Visiting Whitby for the first time and so happy we found this little spot. Definitely a place where the locals go. Food was good, great portion sizes and loved the old diner feel. Micheal our server was great. And even better knowing he was a Leafs fan!

Absolutely horrific service here this morning to the point of my daughter and I walking out. We were seated directly across from the counter and then completely forgotten about. Five other tables came in after us and were all given menus, cutlery and had their orders taken while we sat there with nothing. Both servers looked directly at us and carried amongst their day without care for us at all. This was a very good spot to come that we drove specifically for breakfast, but this will be the last time.

This is a great little spot to grab a Hardy breakfast for a decent price. I thought they'd be a little cheaper because of the location but the portion sizes made up for that.
We had pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon. All were great!!!
