I was having my lunch in peace when the manager (a lady) walked in and started doing a staff meeting. The meeting sounded less like a meeting and more scolding. It created such an uncomfortable environment as she kept scolding the workers on rules and in her way was probably training them but it sounded a lot like putting them down/degrading them.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at your Popeyes. Your staff was so kind and polite specially the cashier Harmandeep Kaur were so good and chief he was professional and kind.
