Absolutely amazing staff, I ordered food to go and the cashier mentioned that what I ordered will take time to cook, so I said no problem I will wait in my car and break my fast. I was going to break my fast with water She offered me some fries and a chicken tender to break my fast. May God Almighty bless her.

I've been a Popeyes customer since 2015 when I was visiting the USA, and I was very happy to find the same quality when they opened their doors in my city in Brazil....so now I'm living in Oshawa-CA, and unfortunately everything here is very spicy, I understand the market and the culture, but I think it would be good if customers who don't like spicy food also had options. Today, Saturday night, I tried to buy the offer of the day but, among the 4 options, they were all spicy.

Food was good and warm although the chicken wasn't as spicy as it was described so I had to add a spicy mayo (0.70$) plus some hot sauce. Also the onion rings portion was kinda small.Some advertisements on the front window are no longer available but still advertised.
Overall the worst experience at this popeyes. Asked for a delux chicken sandwich with no pickles and then got a chicken sandwich with nothing but sauce, chicken, and pickles! When I told them there is pickles in the sandwich’s with no lettuce the lady raised her voice and said there are no pickles? The only thing they did was takeout the pickles and gave me the sandwich back. Never coming back to this location!!!

I recently visited a local Popeyes, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The chicken, which is usually the highlight at such establishments, was extremely dry and lacked the juiciness and flavor that Popeyes is known for. The sides didn't fare much better; both the fries and onion rings were equally parched, making for an unappetizing trio.To add to the letdown, the drink I ordered was poorly mixed, with an off-balance syrup-to-water ratio that made it neither refreshing nor enjoyable. Considering the entire meal, it's hard to justify the visit to this particular Popeyes location. The quality of food and drink did not meet the standard one would expect from such a well-known chain. It was, in all aspects, a regrettable dining experience.

Warning!!Check out some other location . Not this if you don't want to waste money..Just ordered blackened chicken sandwich and poutine. Horrible experience. Long wait times..The lady working in front had a very rude attitude towards her staff on cash counter who seemed like a student . Never got such negative vibes from any place.The location looked understaffed. This student staff member burnt her finger touching a hot tray. Poor girl. After taking my order went back to prepare the sandwich and burnt her hand again. She looked in pain. But everything went unnoticed. The chicken was undercooked tasted raw, poutine seemed stale too.
No character, no service. No respect, no consideration, no manners for customers. The woman taking my order was like a robot. She never said hello or goodbye.I ordered spicy chicken, but when i opened the box at home, I found it was mild chicken.It's horrible terrible.

People's caujan poutine is really under rated. It's so good for a fast food franchise. This location on a Friday night it was busy but the staff kept things going. Great service.

Paid and waited for 8 pc meal order and watched several folks (who arrived and made their order after me) receive their food before me. Workers deliberately ignored my order and refused to complete the order. I asked why I was the last to be served, worker stated “you had a big order” ?. I was the only customer left in the store and there was lots of food in the trays. Very disappointed.
