I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. It took over 15 minutes for my food to be ready, which I wouldn’t have minded if the food had actually been fresh. When I asked the server if the food was fresh, he assured me that it was — but when I finally received my sandwich, it was stale and definitely not freshly made. If you’re going to make customers wait, the least you can do is serve food that meets basic quality standards. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

I usually come to this store, but today’s experience was disappointing. I waited at the counter for 7–8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. It sounded like the manager and an employee were arguing in a language I didn’t understand. When I finally placed my order, it was prepared pretty quickly—but they gave me dried-up tenders. When I asked to speak to the manager, the lady said she was the manager, which didn’t help much. The food was just okay, but the overall experience didn’t feel good. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
I recently visited the Popeyes location in Whitby and was very impressed. Compared to other locations, this one stands out for its excellent service and clean environment. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was fresh. The restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

The ladies here were so friendly. Ordered a kids meal for my little one! A leg and some fries. They also have a 3 piece for $7 on Thursday.
This perfectly located on-route did me justice today; new to the Durham area and it was perfect to stop off and grab a bit to eat.
