I find this is the Best around but it’s a hit or a miss and sadly not their best this night. Food had no flavor and lately stingy on sauce on the noodles as nobody wants dry noodles.

I picked up take out dinner tonight from Rice to go expecting good food. Open the box of torpedo shrimp & right away I knew it’s overcooked. The breading was dark (looks like they fried it in old oil) & hard. For the price I paid- $13.99 I expect good quality of cooking. I ordered beef with mushrooms just like what the receipt showed but what I got was beef with broccoli. OMG!!!! ?Very disappointed especially driving 15mins to pick it up then bringing it back to show them the proof. I requested a refund because the replacement looks exactly the same. The cashier - Angel said she’s not allowed to do a refund only the owner & he/she’s not there. She wrote credit on my receipt so I can show it to the owner when I go back.I will be back another day to demand my refund because after this bad experience I don’t think I would like to buy food from here again ?I give this place 1 star just because the other 2 food is okay but for the price I paid plus cost of gas for returning the bad food they don’t deserve any star ?

We were lied to about the wait time (either deliberately or not, doesn't matter) told wait was 10 to 15 min, had to wait 40 min! If I had been told 40 min wait I would not have ordered, so I do feel very taken advantage of. I also had my baby with me and obviously because we had to wait so long he started crying. No apology.Only good thing about this place is the food was fresh. There were miniscule amounts of sauce on the general tao and Cantonese chow mein. So everything was very bland and just tasted like plain Ramen noodles and plain rice. I'm a local who went for the first time and am not going back. Don't lie to your customers to get their business.
Very small portions.... cost to much for such small portions.......i orderded chicken and mushrooms 5 pcs chicken with onions and carrots few pcs of mushrooms.....I Ordered shrimp wantons, got fried wanton skins with no shrimp. Dissatisfied.

Just ordered from this place Uber eats.I ordered pad Thai honestly I never do reviews but the the pad Thai was literally soaked in peanut sauce I thought I was eating soup. Didn’t even finish it. This is going to be my last time I will order from this place.

Fantastic. Usually very quick. Friendly and polite staff. Good portions. General Tso is amazing. If they are crazy busy, sometimes the meat will be a bit dry or lacking sauce but still better tasting than most. Highly recommended. If you don't enjoy it, you're the problem.
