Is this restaurant closed permenantly? I called them so many times and no one answred. I also went there to check and the restaurant was closed. They also are removed from Skip and ubber. I miss their food :(

This place used to be the go-to spot for authentic Pakistani cuisine but recently their cooking style has changed, perhaps a new chef? The outcome is not great & their karahi chicken looks and tastes like butter chicken. Perhaps they're using same box masala?I sincerely hope management reads this review and brings back the old chef or perhaps go back to the old style of cooking. You're watering down your quality.

I ordered through skip the dishes. Ordered 2 butter chicken and only 1 arrived. When I called the restaurant to say I was missing an item I was told it was there and I could come get it as they have no delivery drivers. I said I would wait or they could call another service. As I had already paid for delivery. I was told that's not how it works. Even though I've had many restaurants forget parts of my orders (it happens on busy nights) and the food is always delivered no questions asked. She than told me in an awful tone I could simply call skip and get a refund and leave a comment if I had a problem. Disgusting customer service. Will never be ordering from here again.

Tried halwa puri breakfast at this place for the first time today and found a long piece of hair in the halwa (see pic). Very disgusting!!!

this is my favorite Pakistani restaurant now. they have amazing boneless chicken biryani and the amount is a lot! the customer service is very nice, too and they have always treated us respectfully. covid rules were also being followed when in the restaurant.
Very unsatisfied with this place. Ordered butter chicken, beef kebab and tikka paneer. The portions of the chicken and paneer were very, very small so we paid good money for what seemed like a cup of sauce. Beef kebabs were ok but small and the other food had little flavour. Customer service was not good. We ordered 3 plain naan and 1 garlic naan, not realizing that they were very large. The employee should have let us known we were ordering way too much because we were clearly new customers. Ironically, the employee tried to upsell us rice and more naan haha. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Waited over 1 hour for a pick up order. The longest time I have waited in any restaurant. The store prioritizes Uber eats & Skip the dishes over general pick ups. No covid Protocols are being followed as there were over people 10 people inside the store waiting over an hour to pick up their food.
