I recommend the Leon chicken combo it comes with rice or noodles and a drink and I am sure you’re going to be happy about the portion size and the price as well as how good it tastes

Nothing to compare to in my home city. Our prices are much higher and quality and quantity do not compare.. 5 stars..

I gave this place a low atmosphere score cause it only has take out . For a chinese food place I think it is the best food . Ths prices are fair . Always consistent and very quick service. People that work there are pleasant.

Decided to try this restaurant out as it was on my way home and it was raining.
There were mixed reviews which made me extremely apprehensive, however I was pleasantly surprised with my order.
The food was fresh, not greasy and a good portion. As I mentioned it was raining and they brought it out to my vehicle, very nice gesture!

So happy I tried it! Was searching around online for great sweet and sour chicken balls, and a few sites pointed me to Silver Star. Great menu; lots of offerings. Food is terrific. Was ready within 20 minutes. Portions are generous. Will definitely be back - thanks, Silver Star!

Second time ordering here… food is here in record time both times. We aren’t far but you need time to cook lol. Anyway food amazing extra large shrimp and large pieces of chicken in the chicken balls not just all batter. We have both been really really happy and full both times. Thank you so much ❤️

I just moved to Whitby and I’m not much for Chinese food, but every now and then you just gotta have some. I did some research and found this little take out spot and I think it’s a good thing when Chinese are ordering the food too! It was great! Not greasy, no msg, and I had leftovers. Go to Silver Star and check it out.

I really don't like to leave bad reviews but we ordered from here last night and it was awful. Over cooked and very little flavour. Chicken balls were crunchy and dry; noodles and veggies soggy. Gen Tso chicken had what seemed like sweet chili thai sauce on it??? Too bad bc this place used to be good. We ate a bit but threw most of it out. Hope they will do better in the future but we won't be trying this again.

I got the cantonese chow mein, absolutely craving it..... Such a disappointment. There was no taste, noodles over cooked, no peppers or beef. The pork was dry, chicken obviously reheated in dish as not thinly sliced. Looked bland due to lack of colour vegetables easily solve.

This place used to be our favourite Chinese Resturant. We picked up an order last night only to find bugs in the broccoli. I brought this to the stores attention today in which they were trying to deny it was in their broccoli.Please please if you order from here check your food!
