Was jonesing for a wobbly pop, walked into the bar ask for a specific beer they didn't have it moosehead is a domesticated beer took the second beer cuz it was cold that was the first failure second failure they made the blind guy go in and have to hunt for a second beer if this is a bar they should keep them coming had to use the facilities went to water the grass walk into the bathroom if you can't keep a clean bathroom in a bar I should have gone back outside on the dusty tables to pee outside where I was drinking on the dusty tables I might not go back there to drink oh and the owner was walking around looking busy.

We came in for a quick beer and to watch the NFL & jays games.( they had every NFL game on multiple tvs as well as the jays so that was awesome!).
Ella was our server and she was great, friendly, attentive and gave great service.
We ordered off the happy hour menu, chicken tenders($12) and the pasta(13$$+chix$6) its was actually really good! The tenders are made in house not frozen and the pasta has a huge portion of chicken.

The atmosphere is all a good vibe, will be coming back!

We visited the Whitby (Broadleaf) location tonight and we were not disappointed. Our server Danielle was fantastic! Such great spirits and so friendly, wow! She went above and beyond to provide excellent, timely service. Hope she serves us again real soon! Thank you so much.

Came in during less busy hours according to Google and the waitress informed that the wait time is about 1 hr. Mostly due to the kitchen being slow with online orders.
Never returning back to this location to dine-in.

I’ve been a regular at this place for a while, especially on Tuesdays for the wing deal. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. We arrived at 4:30, not realizing the promotion doesn’t start until 5 PM. When I asked to speak with the manager, they were unhelpful and dismissive. In the end, I ended up paying significantly more than expected. Disappointed with the lack of clear communication and poor customer service.

How is it possible that they only have one person from waitress, host, bartender, cashier and telephone order-taking? There were a total of 18 people in the place, plus those on the terrace at 3pm. I cannot blame the girl for the poor service. Manager, your attention is important!
