I went Christmas shopping on December 23 and stopped in for a yummy coffee and just wanted to say the Barista (whose name stared with an L like Lena or Leta - sorry that I did not ask her name!) was so warm, friendly and a heart full of kindness. She made my day with her kind attitude and made me feel so happy. I will be back!!!

Baristas are great but don’t go through the drive thru if you want to be on time for work, 17 minutes for a coffee is obscene. Inside line was just as long. Please staff appropriately! They are working so hard!

i used to go to this starbucks all the time. i had ordered and tried the medicine ball drink as i was actually sick and wanted to try it. The baristas that was working there atm seen my order and as i was walking in the store, they were all talking smack about my order and mocking me. I had looked at all of them as i was walking out with my drink and told them i was actually sick with a chest infection and they all stayed silent and started looking at each other while smirking. If you hate your job and making orders then don’t work there!?

This is my fav Starbucks. Everything is perfect about this location. If I had a request, it would be that they ask the plaza to get rid of some of the speed bumps.

I visited the store with my brother ! I think her name was Tersit she took our order ! She was really confused and she also confused us while taking the order! It didnt have to be that difficult ! Then she started making the drinks and ended up making them wrong ! When we told her she said we ordered it this way which surely we didnt ! The whole interaction and process was so difficult! She wasnt aware what she was doing !

Placed order on the app from parking lot. It took 30 minutes for two drinks, was told they were bumping our ticket for drive thru orders. There was no urgency in how they worked and could have cared less about my wait time. Will not go back.

Extremely busy location, drive thru creates so much chaos in the plaza lot.

Opted for in store as i thought would be quicker. Staff could've been more engaging looked like autonomous robots.

Looked like a rushed understaffed location. First time there, maybe was just an of day for them.

Service is not good, these workers will give (not all some are sweet) attitude towards you and denying their mistake speaking of Brenda I told her 4 drinks and one cake pop with no ice and we ended up getting 3 drinks and 1 cake pop AND one of the drinks had ice. We came back and told her about it and she said no u guys ordered drinks with 2 of them without ice and the 3rd drink had ice she ended up just walking away and she had put our order in wrong. she was giving attitude and after.we thought the last drink was being made but no she even put only three drinks when we had ordered four. We had to make a second order for our last drink and during the order we told her we need respect. We payed we asked for the receipt again and she walked away and other guy had to give us the receipt and when he was about to pass it she took it from his hand and gave it to us.Starbucks it’s self is great but some of the people that work there don’t have sense of respect or patience especially Brenda doesn’t admit to her mistakes which we would have understood if she was nice about it and lazy for not correcting the error.

I placed a mobile order for this location, took about 5 minutes to drive to the location where I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my drink. I asked the barista, what was taking so long and word for word I was told “ we don’t prioritize mobile orders, your drink will only be made when there’s no more in person orders ahead of you”. I literally watched my drink get bumped back and back on the screen and ONLY when I complained a second time she started making my order. I would have been waiting for 40 minutes for my latte. Mobile orders are a huge part of business, and telling your customers that you won’t make their drink until the “line” clears is diabolical. Think again before you place a mobile order, at least that this location. I won’t be back or placing a mobile order again. Terrible customer service and even worse “policies”.

Poor service, you may not get exactly what you order if you don’t spent a certain amount . Ordered just a tall size coffee that day because of the high temperature, instead was charged for a grande and when I mentioned it they rudely
indicated it was an upgrade .
