Poor service, you may not get exactly what you order if you don’t spent a certain amount . Ordered just a tall size coffee that day because of the high temperature, instead was charged for a grande and when I mentioned it they rudely
indicated it was an upgrade .

Despicable nasty ppl work at this place.... I use to spend so much money at this location.. i stoped going to this location. Wanted to charge for water and also pup cup for my dog... this is the only location that didnt want to give my dog a free pup cup they said I had to buy a drink.

Hope more dog owners see this and completely black list this location.

And the staff are not friendly... needs to change the overall team..

Horrible customer service through drive thru! Rude staff and long wait times despite being the only one in drive thru! Will not be back, considering it’s $8 a drink I don’t need to deal with the added attitude.

I have been in this location many times and the staff is always nice, the tables are always clean and the vibe is great. Today was sort of the same, however I wanted to note something I was disappointed in. When I come into Starbucks with my kids, or even on my own, I always order something worth money, so that wasn’t an issue here, however today I ordered a venti iced matcha, which already costs an arm and a leg (but whatever, it’s Starbucks and I knew that), but my kids always get 2 iced waters with an added scoop of strawberries, which has never been an issue before and we always just paid a dollar or two per water to add it, great…however today when I asked, the (very kind) barista taking my order let me know that there were changes and it would cost me a latte price of $5 to add strawberries to my kids waters PER DRINK. She said they do have the option to “add” the strawberry inclusions but that she wasn’t allowed to do so. She then asked another barista if it was okay, and he then explained they aren’t allowed to sell it individually or something which I think is a joke. If I am paying $7+ for another drink, ontop of waters for my kids…to make them happy with a little bit of fruit to make them feel it’s a “fancier” drink without selling an organ to the black market, they should still allow inclusions into ice waters. I understand if I had only come in asking for just ice waters with strawberries but I wasn’t. Starbucks is not going to go bankrupt for throwing even a quarter scoop of inclusions into water, when I’m a paying customer. I know it’s not the end of the world, but I felt this is something to mention as honestly, the first thing my kids say to me when I gave them their waters was “are they out of strawberries?” And I had to tell them no, they just want me to pay $10 for 2 ice waters with strawberries in the cup, And even they gave me an odd look and they are 5 and 8 years old. Starbucks Thickson, Whitby…this has got to be a joke right?…

What happens to the food quality at this Starbucks? The chicken on the $9.32 sandwich looks like very stale and unappealing. Gotta do better guys please.

Since the recent changes (“focusing on in store relationships” or however it was phrased), this location is a mess. My drink is wrong more often than not, very long wait times… On my most recent visit my drink was remade twice and we still ended up leaving with it wrong. We also got put to the back of the line to wait for the drink to be remade despite already having waited our turn. Will just be avoiding this location from now on.

A little while ago, it was my birthday (I was mentioning to the employee serving me that I was planning on going to dinner that night). This employee then so graciously offered to use one of their own free employee drinks to cover the cost of mine that day. This employee’s name was Coco, thank you so much Coco, you made my day! You are amazing :)

Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to the manager was so amazing she was so sweet and all the staff!!! I went in to grab a drink with my daughter and just amazing people ☺️
