Starbucks is an efficient restaurant. In November 2023, a customer celebrated their birthday with a sugar cookie oat latte, and was pleasantly surprised when the barista also gave them sample sizes of the new gingerbread oat latte. The service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful on multiple drive-through visits. Many customers mention that this is the best Starbucks they have ever visited, often choosing it over other nearby locations because of the friendly staff and good-tasting drinks. The manager's ability to keep such happy staff is evident in the positive atmosphere and quick service. The employees Alex and Owen deserve a raise. They were holding the place down. Between a jam packed drive thru and customers in house, they were running behind by 20/30 minutes and their mentality was “let’s do this.” For the entirety of their interactions, they were super kind and friendly despite being rushed everywhere at once. Not once did they seem frustrated or annoyed when it came to customer service and communication. This is a great Starbucks location with friendly and consistent staff. The drinks are always made well. Go there in the morning. Always fast friendly service.
