Starbucks is a whimsical and efficient restaurant, reminiscent of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. In November 2023, a customer celebrated their birthday with a sugar cookie oat latte, but was pleasantly surprised when the barista also gave them sample sizes of the new gingerbread oat latte. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful on two separate drive-through visits. The manager should share their secret to keeping such happy staff.
