Today I placed a mobile order before work , the store claimed to be closed by 6:30pm, they already had locked all the doors and cleaned up everything , even tho the holiday hours says open until 7pm , the lack of management at this location it's horrible , I live 5 min from the location and I sadly have to enjoy the bad costumer service and attitude from the baristas when my drink has more than one espresso shot lol. But anyways Starbucks do better , you're charging a disgusting an amount for an ok drink and bad costumer service ?

Went to another Starbucks and they made my daughter's drink wrong but we didn't realize until already on the 401. Stopped here to ask to buy a cup of coconut milk and the barisita said no, I will just give you to add to your drink. Super friendly and wanting to make things right. Another barisita then comes out to my car ans hands me a gift card for a few dollars off my next drink to make it right. It wasn't even this stores mistake. Talk about customer service. Amazing service!

Did. MY mobile order and when I got to drive thru at order finish time they were not ready. There was 1 person In Drive thru and no one in the parking lots ? We were in a hurry for a game so it was frustrating !
Really enjoy this location. Service is always quick, orders are correct and its easy to get to from the highway!

I always get a refresher and half the time the workers won't make it properly in the Shaker cup and will just top my refresher off with 5 ice cubes which results in a warm refresher as its not kept in the fridge, paying around $8 and workers are too lazy to shake a refresher. Shouldn't have to ask every time for a extra cup of ice 😐 SHAKE THE REFRESHERS !!!!! It's not hard.
