I had to wait almost 15 minutes in the parking lot while my wife was getting us a coffee. When I got back on the road and set my iced coffee it was totally watered down. It didn't bother turning back because I waited so long I didn't want to wait again. Unusual for a Starbucks I usually have a great coffee.

Thanks to Reji for an outstanding & totally unexpected gesture! I called in to confirm about no jalapeño chicken pocket in stock per app order and he not only confirmed running out of it today but suggested if I had tried the other variety which I never did before. He had it ready for me to try on house when I went to pickup my latte order! Thank you Reji & the team !

Absolutely horrible. First I went inside for my drink and a snack, waited 10 minutes to be served and left. Went somewhere nearby, 30 minutes came back through the drive through. Waited another 10 minutes in line and 5 minutes after paying for a single coffee. Others were honking behind me. Saw the lady that was originally in front of me still waiting for her drinks. Do not recommend if you have anywhere else to be

Terrible drive through service. Forgot to give me my sandwich, had to turn around and come back after already leaving the highway and the drive through worker was really rude.

Only reason it got 2 stars is that the coffee was good. I went at 8:30 pm (store closes at 9:30). Staff had chairs on the table as if closing, the store front was full of garbage bags, there was coffee spilled on the floor with no one cleaning it. The counters were sticky and visibly dirty.
The whole restaurant was gross. And to top it off there was some sort of ear piercing alarm going off I think from the bathroom with no staff doing anything about it.
