This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the world. Waited 20 minutes for a grande drink.

I always get a refresher and half the time the workers won't make it properly in the Shaker cup and will just top my refresher off with 5 ice cubes which results in a warm refresher as its not kept in the fridge, paying around $8 and workers are too lazy to shake a refresher. Shouldn't have to ask every time for a extra cup of ice 😐 SHAKE THE REFRESHERS !!!!! It's not hard.

I’m a big fan of my oat latte at Starbucks and a pretty loyal customer, but I won’t mention any staff names here. Management might want to review the oat latte photos because, honestly, my gut says something needs to change in how customers are being looked after. The staff here either need a coffee themselves or maybe just a quick refresher on friendly service, other Whitby locations have it down perfectly! I even had to ask for my oat latte to be remade, and I was sitting right in front of the barista… who didn’t even call my name. A bit more attention to detail and this spot could be just as great as the drink itself.

The employees Alex and Owen deserve a raise. I was there today at around 5pm, and they were supposed to have 4 staff on shift. It was just Alex and Owen working. They were holding the place down. Between a jam packed drive thru and customers in house. They were running behind by 20/30 minutes and Owen and Alex’s mentality was and I quote ā€œlet’s do this.ā€ For the entirety of my interactions with them they were super kind and friendly despite being rushed everywhere at once. Not once did they seem frustrated or annoyed when it came to customer service and communication. It’s a massive surprise especially imagining how rude and impatient other customers must have been. Amazing guys!

Staff i dealt with is always in a rush. Never take names on orders. So you have to guess or assume it's your drink.

This is a great Starbucks location with friendly and consistent staff. The drinks are always made well, and I've only had one experience where it was a bit messy, likely due to a huge rush. My only minor issue is that you can't make a left turn to leave the parking lot, but that's not the store's fault.

Go there in the morning. Always fast friendly service. Unfortunately they got rid of the lactose free milk (can't understand why). Can't use oat so I only go there for my daughter. Used to love my Starbucks in the morning.

I went to this store to meet the manager about my online application. I talked to a guy whose name starts with 'S' – he was Indian, but I don't know his full name. The manager wasn't there, so I asked when they would be available. He literally told me that the manager would be reviewing my application and I didn't need to do anything.

I've visited other stores after applying online, and I've never been told something like that, especially not so rudely. All the baristas at those other places were really nice and even told me good times to come back and meet the manager.

Got a cake pop and cup of ice due to injury. Took 8-10 mins to get the cup of ice. One person was counting money or doing a deposit 40 minutes before close. One person was making all the drinks.

Couldn’t take 30 seconds just to get the cup of ice. I don’t know if this is just what the service industry is now with mobile orders and drive thru, but this is terrible service.

0 stars if I could.

I had to wait almost 15 minutes in the parking lot while my wife was getting us a coffee. When I got back on the road and set my iced coffee it was totally watered down. It didn't bother turning back because I waited so long I didn't want to wait again. Unusual for a Starbucks I usually have a great coffee.

Thanks to Reji for an outstanding & totally unexpected gesture! I called in to confirm about no jalapeƱo chicken pocket in stock per app order and he not only confirmed running out of it today but suggested if I had tried the other variety which I never did before. He had it ready for me to try on house when I went to pickup my latte order! Thank you Reji & the team !
